フロントマンは亲切で助かった。朝食レストランの若い男女従业员の2人は仕事をせずに仲良く雑谈している。客を客とも思わない态度に思える。

Nino cave suites est vraiment jolie, le coté hotel bien fait, un peu rustique mais presque luxurieux en meme temps.
Mais l'emplacement est pas terrible, il est a Ibrahimpa??ha pas a goreme, donc a peu pres 20 minutes de goreme ou n'importe quelle ville en voiture (prevoir entre 10-15 euros) pour un aller en taxi.
Nous avons regardé sur trip qu'il était a moins de 1 km de centre ville et a moins de 3 km de goreme mais NON! Ils sont au moins 8-10km
La chambre était une cave effectivement mais pas de climatisation ( avec plus de 35 ° dehors) et pas de ventilateur...et odeur a tabac.
Le personnel est sympa et ils nous sont changé d'hotel un peu plus proche de Goreme.(hotel plutot sympa mais moins authentique...)
Donc merci au personnel pour l'aide.
Je vous recommende l'h?tel si vous louez un voiture ou si vous voulez vous déplacer en taxi tout le temps. (Meme la navette a l'aéroport cest plus cher depuis cette hotel...prevoir 10 euros de plus aussi)

Прекрасный отель, но есть один нюанс, не дозвонится , надеюсь, что это решится и они станут более лояльными, а так всё прекрасно, красивые и чистые номера, если путешествуете на машине, никаких проблем с локациями нет)

Absolutely beautiful property with a very scenic view and I can imagine it will be even more beautiful in winter time.
The design of the restaurant is really beautiful and cozy.
However I think overall it suffered from being under staff so things could happen really slow or not at all.
One group coming to restaurant resulted our salad to be delayed for entire duration of our meal!!
Would I go there again for sure and hopefully that was a just a coincidence.

Amazing rooms, great staff, abit outside but they will help you book everything. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The aesthetics of the hotel are outstanding.
Very happy with the way staff welcomed me. Ahmet is a legend.
The place smells really good. Wish I had stayed longer. Very peaceful.

The location of the hotel was a bit awkward. We got the room for its jacuzzi tub, but it was very small and not ideally clean. The staff was ok.?
