Personnels attentifs, serviables, disponibles et souriants, quelques soit l'heure. Propreté de l'établissement excellente Prestations: Repas (Petit dej/Diner) succulent et varié, compris dans le forfait, piscine merveilleuse à débordement en rooftop avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Pereybère , go?ter fourni par l'établissement, qui fut une agréable surprise. Expérience Hibachi au Manzu, exceptionnelle, grace à chef Joseph LOPEZ, aux compétences certaines et à l'humour appréciable, malgré la barrière des langages.

Hotel moderne sans le charme attendu à l'ile Maurice pas d'accès plage privée route très bruyante piscine petite en plein vent sans parasol salle de bain à rénover, mauvaises odeurs, joints à refaire, douche pas puissante ascenseur peu fiable. nous ne recommandons pas même si : personnel efficace et très gentil chambre belle , vue magnifique roof top agréable ( restaurant/bar) vue imprenable

Отель расположен хорошо, рядом дорога,автобусная остановка, до пляжа идти 5 минут. Номера оборудованы всем необходимым. Завтрак хороший,всё свежее и вкусное. Очень добродушный и приветливый персонал, всегда помогут. Navin на ресепшен .Очень отзывчивый и исполнительный,пока ждали трансфер постоянно спрашивал как дела и что нужно. Спасибо большое всему персоналу Ocean V за наш прекрасный отдых.

Nous avons fait 3jours deux nuits, dans la suite de cet h?tel, nous avons été super bien re?us. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, aux petits soins ! Merci Navin pour votre accueil et votre aide, et un grand merci à notre ami Suraj, qui a été vraiment formidable avec nous. La chambre était magnifique ??, la soirée mauricienne géniale, et les petits déjeuners excellents ! Merci encore, Flavio et Hélo?se

I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. Right at check-in, I was upgraded to a higher room category, which immediately set the tone for the exceptional service that followed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, handled by Asha, who also gave me a quick tour of the property. The hotel offers a minimal, relaxing atmosphere, but what really sets it apart is the incredible service. Nasser Jamal was an absolute standout,he consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. His warmth and dedication truly made a difference. A big thank-you as well to Rahul, Bipin, and Suraj (the bar manager) for being so attentive and accommodating. The entire F&B team was fantastic, and it never felt like a hassle to ask for anything. Special mention to Navin, the porter, for his friendliness and assistance throughout. The rooftop view was breathtaking,especially in the morning,adding a magical touch to the stay. The only downside was the lack of a place to watch a football match, as neither the rooms nor the bar offered this option, which was a bit disappointing. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The team made my stay delightful from start to finish, and I left feeling genuinely well taken care of.

An unforgettable stay – service that went far beyond anything we’ve experienced From the moment we arrived, the team made our holiday truly exceptional. Nasser went above and beyond at every stage – his support was extraordinary and genuinely lifted our experience from wonderful to unforgettable. Asha in Guest Relations was phenomenal: attentive in the most effortless way, thoughtful, and blessed with an incredible eye for detail. She made every moment feel seamless. At the Main Restaurant, Nasser and Rahul took care of us beautifully, delivering impeccable service. Smiley's presence created the most welcoming atmosphere – he made everyone feel special. Breakfast at Rooftop was a daily highlight thanks to Aditya, who was endlessly helpful and made sure nothing was ever too much trouble. Suraj at the bar was equally fantastic. At the Main Bar, Suraj the Bar Manager was incredibly kind and attentive, remembering every detail, while Raven was also outstanding. Navin at concierge could not have been more helpful. He is very polite and kind. Every single one of these wonderful people made our stay genuinely special. Sooraj the Assistant Bar Manager, Deepak the Head Waiter and Raj were also exceptional – always available, always helpful, and always warm. During the night my fiancé was sick, I went to the reception to ask for a pain killer Mr. Atish was so helpful. Thanks The pool service was outstanding; every interaction was a pleasure. Room was nice but had some unfinished touches that needed attention. Only very minor things. On the other hand, when I arrived in the room, the bathroom lacked cleanliness ( layer of dust, dirty shower window, layer of yellowish residue on the shower head ). In addition, I had ants in the room. The only one thing disappointing is I couldn't watch the football match during our stay with Ocean V there was no TV at the Main Bar. ? Special shout out Nasser the Food & Beverage Manager - The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team were truly exceptional, it’s a feeling you’ve created with such a happy and amazing team. We cannot wait to return.

It was quite good experience , relaxing and chilling . The room was very nice , clean and relaxing , for the room service it can be even better. Concerning swimming pool it was very good , nice view on the sea and the surrounding . If u wanna go out to buy something , no problem , u got lot of supermarket near the hotel . The meals also was very nice , i enjoyed it very much ?? Unfortunately there was heavy rain but we keep enjoying our moment and chilled. Nice moments there and hope to come next year??

Très bel h?tel. Nous avons aimé entre autre la vue mer magnifique du restaurant et de la piscine ; la proximité de l'h?tel de la plage ; l'accueil du personnel ; la réactivité de la Direction ; la gentillesse, le respect de tout le personnel ainsi que le professionnalisme et l'attention de Sujar Bar Manager, de Manish responsable du restaurant et de Yoven, jeune patissier très prometteur. De très belles rencontres durant notre séjour. La route reste un peu passante et bruyante.

Nous venons de terminer notre séjour dans cet h?tel. Points positifs : -la localisation de l’h?tel avec la vue sur l’océan -la proximité avec la plage et les commodités (commerces, banque, restaurants, supermarché…) -les arrêts de bus juste devant l’h?tel pour se déplacer -la propreté de la chambre et des espaces dans l’h?tel et ses extérieurs -le show du chef Lopez au restaurant ??Manzu??. Autant visuel que gustatif. Bravo. -le go?ter offert de 15h30/16h00 jusqu’à 17h00 au bar de l’h?tel (thé/café/eau fra?che/ jus de fruits + friandises salées/sucrées) -mise à disposition des serviettes ??piscine?? pour les excursions/journées à l’extérieur de l’h?tel (à récupérer à la réception) -thé/café/lait/sucre/eau mis à disposition dans chaque chambre : ATTENTION ce n’est pas du café ??Nespresso?? comme on peut le lire sur certaine description sur internet. Il s’agit d’une bouilloire avec café soluble. -la qualité de la literie +++ -les jeudis et samedis soirs = buffet à volonté. Super idée. -la wifi fonctionne bien -Mr le directeur et l’ensemble des managers = toujours à l’écoute et veulent le meilleur pour la clientèle. Points à améliorer : -le petit déjeuner est correct mais il manque (selon nous) de la diversité dans le choix des aliments/produits proposés -pas de magasin/boutique souvenirs -pas d’animation proposée -service à table ??trop?? rapide (selon nous).. à peine la fourchette posée, qu’on vous demande si on peut débarrasser … On termine cette publication avec une note positive. LES DEUX GROS POINTS FORTS restent (toujours selon nous) : -la gentillesse, la disponibilité, la réactivité de l’ensemble du personnel de l’h?tel/spa. -la nourriture des 2 restaurants !!! On y mange très bien. La qualité des produits et la fa?on de préparer les plats = un délice pour les papilles. Un grand bravo à tout le monde. Vous avez TOUS contribués à rendre notre séjour exceptionnel à Maurice. Mention spéciale à Sandren le directeur de l’h?tel, à Nasser, Sanjaye, Suraj, Suraj, Aditya, Harsh, Bipin, Ashkay mais également à la CUISINE (qu’on a tendance à oublier). Nos DEUX COUPS DE C?UR restent MANISH et RAHUL. Deux pépites. Ne changez pas, gardez toujours votre sourire et votre professionnalisme. Vous faites un travail remarquable. à bient?t, je l’espère.
