Nous avons séjourné à l'h?tel en 1/2 pension du 20 novembre au 3 décembre 25, chambre 217. Très propre et très belle vue sur la mer avec un bel arbre fleuri sous le balcon. Quelques porte-manteaux supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus. L'accueil est irréprochable tout comme le service au restaurant. Tout le personnel est au petit soin, avec toujours un petit mot agréable. Les serveurs toujours discrets s'attardent parfois pour quelques échanges à propos de l'?le et de nos vacances. Tous les jours l'h?tel prête des serviettes de plage. Une plage publique se trouve à 5 min à pied. Serviettes aussi à disposition à la piscine. Ne manquez pas l'expérience au restaurant japonais Manzu. C'est unique, spectaculaire et délicieux ! On n'en dit pas plus pour laisser la surprise. Si vous avez une voiture, le parking intérieur est gardé, donc aucun risque. Il y a aussi une station de bus juste devant l'h?tel. Le seul bémol est la route bruyante car très passagère de jour comme de nuit.

Nous avons séjourné à l'h?tel Ocean V et, sans hésitation, c'est l'un des meilleurs endroits où nous avons eu la chance de séjourner. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une gentillesse que l’on ne voit pas partout. Le personnel est attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service, avec un sourire sincère et une attention aux détails qui fait toute la différence. L'h?tel lui-même est splendide, avec des chambres spacieuses et très propre, une vue à couper le souffle sur l'océan. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les installations, notamment la piscine et le restaurant, où les plats étaient variés et délicieux. Nous vous conseillons de vous rendre à MANZU (restaurant japonais dans l’h?tel), le chef Lopez vous fera un super spectacle et le repas est divin! Nous avons également pu nous faire masser par Favour c’était vraiment très agréable! Nous souhaitons remercier le manager Sandren pour son écoute, sa gentillesse et ses conseils qui nous ont été très utile sur l’?le. Un grand merci également à toute l'équipe (Nasser, Navin, Krishnee, Jhanvi, Devina et tous les autres) pour avoir rendu notre séjour aussi mémorable. Nous recommandons vivement cet h?tel à toute personne cherchant à vivre une expérience de détente et de service de qualité à l'?le Maurice. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute ! The location is good in terms of the city nearby.
The location is bad in terms of street. It is directly on the Main Street, rooms facing the street. The windows do not seal the noise very well, so there is a constant noise since the early morning from cars and public bus.
There is no direct beach access, but a public beach nearby.
There is a nice rooftop pool (same as restaurant is on rooftop), but also can be a little windy.

The staff are very friendly and we received an upgrade to our room.

在毛里求斯北边，酒店体量比较小，不属於度假酒店体量，唯一的特色就是顶楼的泳池。餐厅也在顶楼，可以看海景和落日。

The hotel is in need of a makeover, some of the fittings a little outdated. The pool is little more than a plunge pool though the setting is superb. The breakfast is average, so much so that whilst my wife went for breakfast most days I stayed in the room and just had yoghurts. The minibar doesn’t work and nothing is cold in it. There’s no room service menu though they allow outside deliveries for guests. That’s all the bad points. Now for the good points.
The rooftop bar is relaxed and atmospheric, the sunsets there are sensational and the cocktails are superb. The service from the staff was incredible. Always helpful and informative and willing to go the extra mile to make you welcome and that makes up for the shortcomings of the actual building itself.
Also the location close to Perrybere beach and a short taxi ride to Grand Baie is pretty good too, though it’s a long taxi ride from the airport.

The stay at this Hotel was amazing. Vikesh and Michael where the two managers and upgraded our rooms because we had a small problem with our original room. the wait staff where amazing Raj,Shanish and Minesh kept me well hydrated. Ryan and Lenado where our fantastic waitors. They have a brilliant chef Adhil that served 5 star and Michelin quality food. i would recommend this hotel to any travllers. it is a short distance from Grand Baie central that you can catch a taxi or take a walk too. the nicer beaches are also a short drive away.there are a few average beaches within walking distance
