We stayed in one of their studio flat (not an apartment as only 1 room plus bathroom) and it was pretty much as advertised. As others have written the entrance is not the most inviting from the street but we had no problem with accessing our apartment, having received a code for the key safe. The apartment itself was clean enough and adequate for 2 of us for a few nights. There was a dead spider in the hallway and a cobweb on our bathroom and a few things that I am sure will have been picked up over the winter. The kitchen seemed to be adequately equipped although we only used the kettle. There is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall but this swings out so you can watch it on the double sofa in the room. Parking off season is easy as it’s free on the seafront which is 100m away
