一般，很国内的七天，国外的ibis差不多，房间比较小，早餐也没什么

I was disappointed waiting for the front desk person, I was supposed to pay a fee of $261.93 because I made a payment through ******* of $86.46 the total of the hotel was 367.52 and the hotel charged me the full amount and they told me that I had to contact ******* customer service to be reimbursed for the initial payment. But ******* doesn't have any phone number to contact them. I would like to be reimbursed for that money ?? Thank you

The hotel was clean and well kept. Our air conditioning didnt function properly and the deadbolt didnt work. We reported these issues upon checkout and we were told both issues would be addressed. For the price paide, we were desappointed.

房间很乾净，衞生。每天打扫的也很乾净。旁边就是沃尔玛买东西吃饭都很方便。就是第二天就不给水了，会比较渴。晚上如果开空调的话噪音比较大。
