Mrs. De Ciantis All our guests are always pleased and satisfied by our hotel and especially our hospitality. You came to a hotel that we care so much about our guests that keep coming back for years and recomend us to their friends. You arrived with your friends and before checking in, even before saying your name you required rooms with sea view. You have booked two rooms without seaview but as they were available you had a free upgrade second floor with seaview. You have stayed in our hotel for 3 days as you have booked (not 4 as you mention). The second day we experienced a major fault with the pertrol water heating system and as it was a cloudy day the solar pannels were not sufficient. In the morning you complainted in the reception. Moreover,In the evening you called from your room shouting and insulting me in a very aggressive way for twenty minutes. I apollogised to you for the inconvenience caused, I explained to you that I could not fix the problem as i dont have neither the skills or the part needed for the repair and that a qualified technician will come the next morning. We offered you the possibility to leave from the hotel without charge as you were unhappy, but you didn't accept it, on the contrary you stayed to our hotel all days as initially booked. Is that a rude reply? The next morning the part was shipped from the mainland arrived and the problem was solved by 09:00 am. Apart from you all the others guests did not complain and the hotel was fully booked. On the other hand, our experience with you as your hosts was not the best, as you were even aggressive to the breakfast staff. Totally unacceptable behavior. You were hostile, indicating that you are a lawer, insulting everyone. We hope that you will be a better guest to the next accomodation that you will stay and that you will aknowledge the efforts made by people working to offer you the best holidays.
