Un hotel increíble, tanto personal como instalaciones ,volveremos sin duda ,falta mejoria en la comida del bufet pero por lo demas es de diez

Points positifs : La piscine magnifique mais non chauffée. La promenade en bord de mer La propreté des chambres La gentillesse du personnel Points négatifs: Le buffet à partir du 31 octobre beaucoup de monde qui est arrivé, c est très bruyant limite insupportable. Roquetas de mar pas très jolie, on ne reviendra pas dans cette ville et c est à 2h de l aéroport de Malaga.

Muy buen hotel familiar. El que puedas alojarte con tu mascota es un punto a su favor. Hemos pasado un finde de lujo, los ni?os tenían muchas actividades y las piscinas exteriores con los toboganes estaban todavía abiertas. Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es el personal, siempre atento y con una sonrisa, pendiente de cualquier detalle.

淡季，商务出差，环境挺好，就是屋子里有小虫子。

Room very basic very tired looking in fact the desk almost fell apart when a chair nudged it . Very noisy. Dreadful pillows. Food awful, cold, repetitive, too busy, no organisation of eating times. Pool toilets not very clean, some staff rude, some nice. Not a lot of English speaking, but I get that we are in Spain. But it was hard at times asking for things. No tea and coffee in room was disappointing. I had to hire a kettle and ask for cups on a daily basis. However, the pool was fabulous, big, good temperature. The sunbeds however need replacing, they are not cleaned or tidied at night and the pool area could do with more attention on the cleanliness.

Having stayed in many 4* hotels I would say that this is more 3 star. We booked a double sea view room. There are no te-coffee making facilities in the room but you can hire a kettle for 25Euro’s… you literally get a kettle, had to go back down and ask for cups which have still not arrived. The difference between a suite which our friends got upgraded to is so different, we have been left feeling like second class citizens. We don’t have pool towels, and it’s only 2 bottles of water in your room so we are now off to buy some. Premium all inclusive as described this is not

Hay quienes al visitar un hotel se fijan sobre todo en lo material: las instalaciones, la decoración o los servicios. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marca la diferencia en este lugar no son solo sus espacios, sino la dedicación, el cari?o y la profesionalidad del personal, que hacen que la estancia se convierta en una experiencia especial y memorable. Durante nuestra estancia en el hotel (primera semana de septiembre) quedé realmente impresionado por la profesionalidad y dedicación del personal. En el restaurante, quiero agradecer especialmente a Adam, siempre atento y cordial, Un profesional como la copa de un pino, y a Ana en la zona de la plancha, cuya amabilidad y eficiencia hacen que cada comida sea una experiencia agradable. En el bar, tanto el de la piscina como en el Tivoli, el servicio fue excelente, siempre atentos y serviciales. En especial, gracias a Said, Luis Baquero(perdón si me he equivocado en el apellido) y Laura, que destacan por su simpatía, rapidez y capacidad de crear un ambiente cercano y acogedor. La limpieza también merece una mención especial, siempre rápidos, intentando molestar lo minino, con su cuidado y esmero mantienen todo impecable, transmitiendo confort y tranquilidad en todo momento, en particular gracias a Oum en la zona exterior de piscina. En definitiva, el hotel cuenta con un personal que demuestra día a día su afán por servir y su gran profesionalidad, algo que marca la diferencia y hace que la estancia sea realmente especial. Como sugerencias constructivas, si se me permite, me gustaría destacar un par de aspectos que podrían mejorar aún más la experiencia: Sería muy útil que en el buffet se colocaran etiquetas en cada plato con el nombre y, si es posible, los ingredientes, ya que ayudaría tanto a quienes tienen preferencias como a quienes deben evitar ciertos alimentos. En cuanto a la animación, recomendaría que fueran un poco más comunicativos a la hora de anunciar las actividades, ya que en ocasiones mucha gente no se entera de la programación y seguro que disfrutarían más si tuvieran la información clara y visible. En resumen, una estancia muy positiva, donde la atención del personal brilla con luz propia y con peque?os ajustes podría ser una experiencia aún más redonda. Esperamos volver pronto.

Nice hotel, but dated. Not really for English. TS geared up for the Spanish as it said in Jet2 letter when we arrived that it's where the Spanish go to holiday. The staff were great, but guests were rude,pushed in & felt like they just did not like or want us there. The pool is 1.4m shallow end and 2.4m in middle. So most of the big pool is empty because you can't stand up! Entertainment is all for Spanish, and so iS the food. is Towns are not that good small strip. I'm not going back to that area again. Again, it's for the Spanish, not English!

We have just come back from a 9 night stay here. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked a beach suite which made life alot better as a family of four. The room was massive with a walk in wardrobe which was great. There was a large bath in the room which the kids loved. The pool was excellent, plenty of area to enjoy and a great area for the kids. There was plenty of sun loungers but most did claim beds early in the morning but it was very civilised. The bars were good , plenty of choice for the kids and us with all spirits available. We used the pool bar mainly as it was close to the room and this was good. The entertainment was ok but as this is mainly a Spanish resort it's mainly aimed for locals which we enjoyed . The food on the whole was good , all meal times had plenty of choice. We always plan to go out a few nights to break it up. The only thing I would say if the hotel had a couple of other resturants it would really enhance the stay. We would definitely stay here again but with the upgraded room. The resort was lovely plenty of nice bars and resturants close by and the beach was nice.
