Parfait h?tel!! On recommande ++. Toujours de la place pour un transat à la piscine (peu de personne qui réserve ?a c’est incroyable). Nourriture variée mais manque peut être juste un peu de qualité mais largement correct pour un h?tel all inclusive!!!! Super piscine très grande !!! L’équipe d’animation est adorable même si on parle pas espagnol il arrive à nous intégrer aux activités ! Le seul point négatif pour nous c’est l’ascenseur, trop petit et pas assez pour autant de monde. Il faut savoir être patient quand on est au 7ème! (Dernier étage mais qui a une super vue) Accès facile à la plage mais dommage plage de graviers et pas de transat privé à l’h?tel

El buffet es espectacular,no hay queja de la comida ,tanto en cantidad de productos como en calidad, buenísimo todo. A lo que sie tengo que quejar, es de las habitaciones. La limpieza es mínima, todo muy anticuado. Para ser un hotel de 4* está todo en mal estado, puertas viejas y rotas, TV que no funcionan,, te quejas y no te dan solución, colchones de muelles y te hundes al acostarte, ventanales no ajustan bien ( al menos la habitación que nos ha tocado, aún estamos con la estancia que cogimos), la verdad con lo que nos ha costado, no valen las habitaciones.

Back again since 2018 to Playacapricho hotel. It's our 10th year coming to a playa senator hotel. PLAYABALLENA, PLAYACARTAYA, PLAYACANELA AND ALMUNECAR PLAYA OUR LAST VISITS to this great hotel chain. We have noticed this time the Hotel is super dated, most rooms are very old, for example my mother in law currently in room 105 has a very dated theme with aircon control from 20 years back. Her door dead lock for night does not work and the feel is of a lower star rated hotel. Our 2 other rooms the comfort ones with pool views are room 803 and 804 are a bit better but still could go with some updating. The aircon is digital and a bit better in my wife's 803 room the room smells of rotten eggs every time the aircon is turned on.. Unbearable so she has been using the ceiling fan instead which has not been bad as the heat as its quite a cool hotel at night. The cleaners in our rooms area are excellent and very nice always offering help and attentive. The food is excellent as most playa senator hotel and not very repetitive with grilled fish and meat of a high standard every night. All Inclusive is the way to go here with branded drinks included. Entertainment staff are second to none with énfasis on making customers happy, they are great. The worse thing for me is the undergroud parking of the hotel very limited and extremely tight to get into a space. Very limited spaces like 20 only available. €105 for 7 nights but for us it's always the best option as we don't feel safe leaving the car in the street. The pool is the best thing of this hotel, it's the best hotel I have seen in Roquetas... Massive and lovely. Shame the lifeguard was not very helpful when we complained about a hard ball being used in the pool next to our elderly mother in law. It was only when we reported it to reception that they admitted balls are not allowed in the pool and told the people off. The lifeguard a girl with a pony tail a waste of pay as she just sits there and did not offer too much help. Anyway a tight 4 star review because of great food and excellent pool and entertainment.

Et ainsi s’achève notre deuxième séjour à Playacapricho et nous sommes toujours autant satisfait. Si vous cherchez un grand h?tel familial qui sera allié calme et ambiance vous êtes au bon endroit ! Merci à l’équipe d’animation pour les spectacles et les animations quotidiennes vous êtes superbe Lucia, Desi, Stefano, Manu, Eva, Sylvia et les autres encore une fois vous êtes merveilleux, votre énergie est débordante et vous êtes au top avec les enfants comme les adultes ! Nous avons demandés que la musique à la piscine soit diversifiée fran?ais espagnol anglais et cela a été fait. Les mini jeux à la piscine ont fait leur effet pour les grands comme les petits Merci à l’équipe du restaurant Adam comme l’an dernier tu es au petit soin des vacanciers et nous te remercions toi ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel ! Un grand merci à Alonso pour sa gentillesse encore une fois tu auras su marqué notre famille !!! Un grand merci aux équipes du ménage car sans eux ce serai pas pareil j’ai jamais vu un h?tel aussi propre (Playacalida ne l’ai pas autant) ! Madame la directrice point d’amélioration (suggestion) Les soirées une par semaine des soirées dansantes où nous vacanciers reproduisont les danses du club style White party. Dernier point le bar de la piscine qui ferme à 00h nous vacanciers aimons se poser là bas plut?t qu’à l’intérieur de l’h?tel serait-il pas judicieux d’échanger entre le bar qui est à l’intérieur et le bar extérieur.. Nous reviendrons merci Playacapricho 2025 ??

Let me start this review by saying the staff are exceptional , 10 /10 nothing was too much trouble and we was always greeted with a smile and any requests that we made or problems we had they went out of their way to accommodate us which we truly appreciated . In particular Adam from the dining hall was amazing made us feel most welcome, Juan Antonio from the pool bar was brilliant and Emma from the reception desk was so sweet thank you all so much for making our holiday extra special we came on the 22nd of May as a family of four staying in two double rooms which were basic but clean the beds were very big and comfortable the rooms had TVs and hair dryers Wi-Fi ( no kettle ) but if you ask a reception and leave a little deposit you can get one for your room, after a couple of days we upgraded to the suites which were lovely all come with a sea view and kettles and cups and a large round tub walking wardrobe dressing gowns and slippers and Wi-Fi. The swimming pool and surrounding area is picturesque Lagoon style pool with two slides and jacuzzi lofty palm trees and the foliage was manicured to within an inch of its life ( this I loved ) I think the only thing that let it down a little bit was a lack of atmosphere ( no music during the daytime ) however I do understand this is a personal preference. My son enjoyed the inside pool as well however it is quite slippery he did fall and grazed his back his back on the marble edging. I've seen some people complaining the hotel is dated it's not. it's themed, 3 out of 4 of our group are picky eaters but everyone always found something they liked to eat the vegetables were quite watery and flavorless but that's probably the biggest complaint about the food. It would have been nice if there was a proper snack bar by the pool instead of just tapas but not a biggie, and after reading some of the reviews I was glad to find out there was some nice cocktails on the all-inclusive. While we was here we met some lovely people and made some new friends there was a very friendly atmosphere and the age range of our group went from my 12-year-old son up to my mother-in-law and I can honestly say we all loved it here, so a massive thank you and a well done to all the hard work and staff
