It was our second visit to Prana Lodge and it was somewhat disappointing. The place is desperately in need of some TLC. The robes in our bedroom were not clean when we arrived and considering this is a five star establishment, I expected better. The one robe still had face mask in the pocket from the previous guest. Our plunge pool was dirty and only cleaned the day we were leaving. Considering the cost-I really expected better. The location is great but not sure I’ll go back.

Sublime experience even for work Strat session. Attention to detail and care meant so much. Felt relaxed and welcomed even though we were there for productive and results driven work.

I had the pleasure of staying at Prana for three nights, and from the moment I arrived I felt warmly welcomed. They already knew my name and made me feel completely at home. Max was a real highlight — friendly, personable, and always with a great laugh. A wonderful place to relax, unwind, and truly catch your breath. Highly recommended.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Die Ankunft war schon sehr holprig. Man fragte uns am Tor sowie an der Rezeption verwundert, ob wir gebucht haben. Dann hat man uns anstatt in die von uns gebuchte Diamont Suite in ein renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer des Beach Hauses gebracht. Unsere Suite war an andere G?ste vermietet. Das Beach Haus ist riesen gross, für mehrere Familien/Freunde sicher sch?n, aber für 2 G?ste nicht! Am n?chsten Tag konnten wir dann umziehen für die letzte Nacht. Die Suite ist sehr sch?n. Ansonsten alles recht lieblos und renovierungsbedürftig. Bar und Essensbereich hat uns nicht gefallen. Der Pool ist nicht als Pool zu erkennen, sieht eher nach Fischteich ohne Fische aus und k?nnte mal gereinigt werden. Das Essen war wirklich gut. Von diversen aufgeführten Weinen waren ein Gro?teil ausverkauft…. Spa war super! Silvester absolut keine Besonderheit oder den G?sten Freude bereitet. Nichts! Kein geschmückter Tisch oder ?hnliches. Für uns weit von einer 5 Sterne Lodge entfernt und wir haben viele Lodges in und um Südafrika besucht. Schade für den zur Hochsaison hohen Preis! Checkout ebenfalls chaotisch! Niemand an der Rezeption, dann sagt man mir einen Betrag x der noch ausstehen soll (aber nicht richtig ist), ohne Rechnung zu drucken oder ?hnliches. Also kontrollieren wir auf dem Laptop eine Datei mit Preisen. Unprofessionell.

风景绝美 沙滩乾净 人也不多 非常适合散步 海水感觉会比较冷 玩水可以在房间自带的私人泳池 天气好的话可以在房间直接看到日出 ！食物品质有待提高 其他完美！

Die H?user sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und von einer Mauer umgeben. Keine Aussicht auf den sch?nen Dünenwald, Bekamen nach reklamieren ein Beachhaus auf dem h?chsten Platz auf den Dünen. Dieses Haus ist zu empfehlen . Elvis war eine gro?e Hilfe, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Strand ist über Stufen zu erreichen, wunderbar.

A beautiful setting around the pool area. Wonderful staff and wonderful food and drinks. I would recommend this tranquil place to anyone visiting the East London area as it is only a short drive away.

If you can drive an extra 1 hour to the sister hotel Oceania then rather do. The food was good but menus not overly flexible. Our dietary requirements were not asked. Bar was not very well stocked and several items were out of stock. Room was clean and although a little dark. Outdoor shower would be great in warm weather however not practical for cooler/colder days.
