Well above the bar of customer service you expect as a consistant in a Premier Inn. Jen and her team were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. We were treated like best friends. Thank you all for enhancing our weekend.

I travel a lot for work and regularly stay in premier inn which is always of a consistent good quality , yet the whole team at the Caernarfon Victoria Dock hotel made this a truly stand out stay. They were friendly and helpful, greeting my colleague and I as if we were cherished old friends, checking we had everything we needed, how our day had been and if we needed anything else to make our stay better. The food service was equally lovely at the Top Table next door where the breakfast team Sara & Nicola were attentive , but not intrusive, and again made me feel like a cherished friend just popping in for a visit.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel for my birthday. The bed was comfortable and the food was great. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming and really made an effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was great and very scenic. I would recommend and would return.

What a lovely warm welcome we had from Jenny, she couldn't do enough for us.A nice touch was a full packet of biscuits in our rooms which went down very well with our Granddaughter. Had such a lovely, comfortable stay, we will be back soon for sure.

a very warm breakfast arrival greeting by Nicola n Sara, just what you need on a grim morning. done a great job at keeping things moving, greeting, clearing, and interacting with guests. they clearly make an excellent team. food was excellent, fresh, and plenty, with an amazing choice to choose from. rooms were typical PI, minimal but sufficient for my needs, plenty of reception staff that all were friendly. main issue for me was the slow response to the heating, it takes ages for it to warm up when you get back to the room

I don’t usually write reviews, but I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. I would like to extend a special thank you to Andrew and the young Welsh lady working alongside him. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help my husband and me. We experienced a minor issue with the heating in our room and mentioned it before heading out for a walk around the town. By the time we returned, the issue had been resolved and the room was warm and comfortable. They also left us a thoughtful note with biscuits and provided fresh towels, which was a lovely gesture. The ladies in the restaurant were equally fantastic and contributed greatly to our enjoyable stay. Thank you all for such excellent service. We will definitely be returning”

The place location is good, however there is no parking, and the lift was in repair.
