This was by far a disappointing stay. Having previously stayed in many Premier Inns we had an expectation of the standard and service. The first room we were allocated was not thoroughly cleaned, so we complained and the second room was clean but shabby. An alarm went off at 2.00am and we were not contacted or informed as to what had happened. The staff were not really invested in helping us, when we requested replenishment of the toilet paper, the attitude was dismissive and rude. In summary, the experience we had does not reflect the quality advertised in the TV commercials.

Really clean room, good service at the front desk but the aircon is like a cement mixer unfortunately :-( if they sort that out then it’s a perfect stay! Also parking is non existent you need to put your car in a council car park and hope it doesn’t get broken into! Btw don’t stay in a room opposite the travel lodge as you will be away all night! Other than that no issues.

Stayed so many times and generally really happy. This time - a selection: Heating didn’t work.. took an age to get a heater, as no room swap available to hotel being (apparently) full No toilet paper TV reception so poor only 1 channel available Free WiFi just didn’t work Shower pressure weak and shower head broken But THE NOISE! A constant on/off hum that was there all night and still there when we checked out. We didn’t mention at the time as (see above) we knew there were no spare rooms, and when I offered to go and demonstrate it at check out they said it was unnecessary and they would explore. Got the feeling room 201 is an issue… and they know it. The staff were great - not their fault The breakfast was also a bun fight over cold food with a claimed “global shortage of orange juice”. Hilarious Such a shame…

Hotel check in great, no parking. Reception very helpful. The restaurant need more staff! Left abandoned most the time. Tables not cleared and dirty dishes piled up on stands everywhere. Wasn't even busy. Ordered a bottle of wine! Never received it and no apology. Breakfast was shocking! No plates then no cups! Then no orange juice! Breakfast items brought out seperate so you gad for example gash browns but nothing else, eggs would come out but nothing else left! Was left standing around. Just aweful management. No order ir control.
