Tired room. Our room looks very dated and shabby. It's a good size. No bottle opener, there's always a bottle opener in a Premier Inn room. The electric heater makes a beeping noise as it warms up. It's adequate for what we paid but I wouldn't want to pay more than ￡51.00.

Good value, clean ,spacious very comfy bed, powerful shower. 2 night stay for a wedding location was easy to get too and only 12 minutes away from wedding venue. Perfect. We paid for the breakfast which was amazing, hot, lots of choice...ate too much!

This premier inn is located just outside Chippenham on a fairly busy roundabout. The pedestrian access is poor to be fair but once across the main roads it’s an easy walk into town. Chippenham is ok and has a good train service to Bath and Bristol in very short journey times. Our room was ok but looked a little tired as did the Brewers Fayre next door where we had breakfast. All in all a decent value weekend break but we probably won’t be returning.

Had a lovely stay at Premier inn and had a particular member of staff named Linda who looked after us and was very helpful member of staff.

We stay at lots of Premier Inns, and always happy to return to Chippenham, as the service and welcome are second to none. Special shout out to Jordan, who goes above and beyond to helpful and hospitable.

Great location, clean room with good facilities and hotel in general. Helpful receptionist. Excellent breakfast too.

We have been at this Premier Inn many times. Always a consistently good service. Most notably for us, with a daughter who requires a hoist, is the fact that Premier Inn have now raised their beds to allow portable hoists to fit underneath.

I had a lovely stay at premier inn - receptionist Jordan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Room was very clean and had a lovely handwritten note in the room.

The young lady checking us in was miserable, lacked customer service. Did not tell us breakfast times or direction to room. The guest above our ground floor room was heavy footed, no blame to Premier Inn but lack of consideration to others. Room 20 shower room could do with a refurb. Take your own toilet paper (we always bring our own)
