Great hotel, excellent customer service, we stayed in a Premier plus room it was a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the coffee machine

Well located for my means, with a brewers fayre onsite so no need to venture out for food. Rooms very smelly though. Either with damp or carpets not being cleaned proper. I refused the 1st room offered then even the second room ponged.

Bathroom floor was sticky, edges hadn't been cleaned in months, mould on bath handles and dirt dried on in bath. Coins under bed so not cleaned either, build up of dust behind door and on furniture. Asked for bathroom to be cleaned which it was but only the middle of the floor as usual. At checkout I suggested to receptionist that room 52 needs a deep clean, received a half hearted apology but she made no more so I doubt it was done. Won't stay again.

Very happy with our visit, room was very clean could help yourself to plenty of extra tea and coffee at reception, all the staff seemed very friendly. The food in the restaurant was lovely, breakfast was perfectly cooked. My only complaint is as always in all premier inns although you have about 5 different lights to put on in your room they are still extremely dim so when trying to put your make up on its very hard to see

Excellent stay. Hotel is really easy to get to as it us near both the town centre and the M4. Easy to park and the rooms are really nice and excellent value for money. The staff were both friendly and helpful. Had a superb night's sleep - first time I have not woken up in the middle of the night for ages.

A great Premier Inn experience. It was easy to park and check-in, even though we arrived after 10pm. The room itself was warm, clean, quiet and comfortable. There was a view of some trees and hill from the window as we were at the back of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and modern. We had a great night’s rest and felt refreshed to continue our drive the next day.

We arrived on a cold rainy evening during the week and were surprised to find the parking lot quite full, luckily we were able to find a spot. The check-in was quick as we had a reservation and we were welcomed by Jordan and Maria who were very kind and helpful and gave us all the info needed, we had the feeling of very attentive service. The room was all new and modern, it had a good size and we even had a Nespresso coffee maker! Next morning we headed to the nearby restaurant and we were not expecting much but we were surprised as the food quality and variety was good and I really liked the ambient and atmosphere the decorations boosted a lot the "Christmas feeling". All in all a very pleasant experience and very recommended, we'll stay here when we'll visit Chippenham again.
