Firstly our room was a good size and clean. Location was ideal apart from having to pay for parking. Unfortunately we felt like we were treading on eggshells at this hotel. We arrived in our room at 16:00 and within 45 minutes of arriving and bringing our luggage in we had a knock at the door from management saying that the room downstairs had complained about the noise. I was baffled, all we had done was bring our bags in, my daughter had been sitting watching tv. It wasn’t even late. The soundproofing of the rooms isn’t great, we heard someone pacing around in the room upstairs until around 11:30pm but we didn’t complain. At breakfast the following morning the chef told us off very loudly for accidentally using the spatula for the eggs to pick up a cooked tomato. He said ‘are you going to eat all of those tomatoes? Because I’ve got to throw them all away now - eggs are an a ALLERGEN’. I apologised profusely, an honest mistake. The chef then proceeded to tell other people what we had done and why there were no tomatoes. Perhaps some signage and a different colour spatula would have been a visual cue. It’s a shame because we just didn’t feel welcome here at all.

The most convenient location. The train station and the bus station are both right outside the door. The staff is excellent. They know the secret spots, if you ask nicely. Cheers to Vicky, David, Joe, Katie, and Shannon. They made a rainy week into a grand adventure.

Really helpful staff friendly ,clean rooms the woman on the desk was really helpful with my room even put me on same floor as my friend room was clean tidy and very comfy had a great night's sleep

Great Premier Inn - can't fault position. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Vicky. No on site parking but there is an unloading area and we then found a side road where we could leave the car for the duration of our stay. There is a paying carpark right opposite. Hotel was quiet, plenty of tea and coffees for our room, on site restaurant. We liked the fact that Premier will only service your room if you request it. We were very happy not to have our room cleaned and it was nice to know that no one was coming in.

Very good location just next to River Ness. You can also see the Ness Castle when you leave the hotel. A large grocery store named Tesco is just behind the car park. Very convenient.

Good stay. Fairly basic room and slightly tired ..but staff make the difference. Particularly the breakfast staff, who went out of their way as I observed. They made a hot chocolate for two children, as the machine couldn’t provide it - didn’t have too at all. Pushed tables together for a larger group. Kind and polite to guest requests, over heard them helping an older couple get sorted.

Great location, opposite the sea, rail and bus stations. Staff were very busy working across the restaurant and reception but were still super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Luggage can be stored if you arrive before check in. Premier plus room was very clean and spacious. Only downside was no heater in the bathroom… I’ll certainly stay again.

Christmas stay in Penzance and the Pemier Inn was in the perfect place. On the South West Coast path, with local walks, car park and the sea 2 mins away. Wonderful welcome from Vicky, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Joe the chef is excellent at cooking the breakfasts, and Rachel had prepared our room, without fault. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. The selection at breakfast was freshly cooked and so much choice. The pizza we had on one of the evenings was delicious. All the team worked really hard to ensure our stay was the best. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore the area. Thank you! ??

We stayed for four nights. 11-15 December. Check in ladies were most helpful when I asked if we could have a room overlooking the sea they explained the limitations of the building but did provide us with an excellent room. They were also very helpful during our stay. We had the breakfast every day which was delicious and well stocked. I’d like to thank everybody who looked after us they are a welcoming team.

Great location right near the train station which was so handy as it was torrential rain when we arrived! We were very early arriving at the hotel and were able to leave our bags but were told very firmly and not at all in a friendly manner that check in was at 3pm only!! That was fair enough and we weren't expecting to check in then, but not the best of welcomes! The room was fine, a bit small, dark and basic but the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was very busy with lots of tables not cleared so difficult to find somewhere to sit. The food was fine though.
