Excellent location opposite both railway and bus stations. Close to seafront & town centre. Room basic but comfortable & clean. Bathroom clean with walk-in shower. Reception staff helpful.Good value for money.

It was good and the FOH staffs were friendly but only the duvet was stained and we didn’t mind as we were just staying for one night..apart from that everything was good

Fuimos 11 personas y el primer día no nos hicieron las habitaciones. Cuando fui a recepción a quejarme me dijeron que tenía que haber especificado que quería que me la hiciesen. Esto es ridículo en un hotel. El bar cierra a las 10 de la noche y cuando pedí una bebida me dijeron que por política del hotel no podían darme una bebida. Creo que el hotel tiene un servicio bastante deficiente.

房间大，衞生间乾净，打扫及时。最最最重要的，地理位置超级好，就在火车站和公交站旁边，其他的酒店都要走两步，这个简直就是出门左转就到，强烈推荐，而且离海边也不远，晚上看星星，早起看日出，早上趁天没亮也可以看星星，绝美

Quite rundown but ok for one night stay

Very good overall but no on-site parking is a real problem. Unlimited breakfast very nice. Bedroom and bathroom totally wonderful. Staff very warm and welcoming. Automated check-in was an unexpected surprise, although it was straightforward. Make sure to activate more than one room key at check-in, as you cannot activate another one later on, or at least I don't think you can - I tried and repeatedly failed.

Location of this is very good -next to the train station and opposite the bus station for travel to St Ives and other areas of interest. Initially the room presented as clean but on closer inspection - the toilets in both rooms had not been deep cleaned in a while and the toilet seats were stained yellow underneath - whether this was discoloration from products - I don't know. I spoke to the staff who sent a cleaner up and they offered to clean it. I said no and requested some cleaning products to do it myself as I could not trust they would do a thorough job. There was fecal matter under the rim of both loos, which meant they were not regularly cleaning there with bleach. The excuse given was that they can only clean with the products they are given - and this was not bleach. I understand that certain areas may not need bleach but a high use bathroom certainly does. There was also yellow scum around the plug hole of the sink. The cleaner advised they use tooth brushes to clean the sinks but I did not believe this. I disinfected the sink and within 2 minutes with light pressure - it was clean. I wasn't impressed with the excuses. I ended up buying bleach and disinfecting both loos myself. In the evening, we dined in the Thyme restaurant which was a dismal experience. The drinks arrived after the food, my starter arrived after the main. My fellow guest ordered a house salad and was given a side salad and the fries ordered were cold. The bread with the prawn cocktail was from a standard pre cut loaf and was dry. The sauce for the prawn cocktail was watery and no seasoning of paprika or cayenne. When I asked for freshly ground pepper they advised they don't offer this. I had the house salad with chicken. When the chicken came out, it did not look as if it was freshly grilled. When I asked, they said it was frozen char grilled breast of chicken. This is really basic hospitality and I would expect Premier Inn to do much better - sadly.

首先入住的时候服务员很热情，15点入住可以提前到11点；房间大概20平，窗对着海，看海景日出都很不错；交通也相当便利。总之很值这个价
