Staying at this hotel was an experience in refined luxury from beginning to end. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, there was an immediate sense of calm and elegance that set the tone for the entire stay. The atmosphere is both sophisticated and inviting, managing to strike the perfect balance between understated opulence and genuine warmth. Service was exceptional throughout. Every member of the staff was attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a helpful gesture or kind word. There’s a clear culture of hospitality here that goes beyond routine politeness—it feels sincere and consistent, and it made a real difference in how comfortable and cared for I felt. The room was pristine, quiet, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and function. Everything worked seamlessly, and it was evident that attention had been paid to even the smallest details to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. Cleanliness, comfort, and a sense of calm prevailed. Dining, though not the primary focus of my stay, exceeded expectations with a high standard of quality and ambiance. Again, the emphasis seemed to be on creating an experience rather than just providing a service, which echoed the theme of the entire hotel. Overall, this was a stay that reminded me of what true hospitality can be—effortless, polished, and memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that understands and delivers luxury without needing to shout about it.

We had an amazing stay at Premium Hotel on our recent family trip. The service was excellent, the rooms were elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and luxurious. We especially enjoyed the pool, spa, and on-site dining—everything was top quality. A perfect place to relax and reconnect. Highly recommended!

Friendly welcome at check in and rooms were ready early. Good size room but small bathroom with shower over bath. If I had realise earlier that some rooms had walk in shower and no bath I would have asked to move. Balcony looking out to road but no chairs. Large bottle of water in room was welcome. We went into lunch and it was all we had feared all inclusive would mean. People everywhere with plates piled high and nowhere to sit. Staff just watched the chaos and gave no direction. We later discovered that if you didn't mind carrying your plate of food down some steps there were tables in more pleasant areas and we never ate in the buffet room again. There was always a good selection of dishes but food was often not very warm. All inclusive drinks only served in two outdoor bars but once you had your drinks no one seemed to mind where you sat to drink them. Receiving what appeared to be half a pint of white wine in a plastic tumbler was a bit of a shock at first but I soon got used to it. Hotel is in good beach front location, large beach with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. However it suffered from usual problem of people putting towels on the beds and not removing them when leaving. There is a promenade between the hotels and the beach if you want a walk. It seemed to go for miles in each direction. There are some souvenir stalls, beach shops, bars etc. The town of Durres is worth visiting and can be reached by taxi. I understand there is also a bus but we didn't try it. The hotel was a good place for a relaxing couple of days.

A lovely hotel with stunning views. The Turkish cuisine was excellent—especially the desserts! The SPA facilities were beautiful and relaxing. Overall, I had a fantastic stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this 5-star hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. We especially loved the pool area and kids activities , while we enjoyed the spa and fine dining. The location was great, close to attractions and with beautiful views. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—we’d definitely come back!

H?tel classé 5etoiles mais hélas catégorie 3etoiles normes européennes . Service et nourriture à améliorer. Chambres confortables mais hélas vieillissantes ( moisissures salle de bain, traces aux murs ) lits pas fait !!! Mériterais un bon directeur
