Booked two twin room and requested two singles in each room, arrive Mel in night after long training, found hotel staff didn’t separate two singles, then receipt call housekeeper separated beds
Rooms are very dusty, very very very dusty, dust on every surface of furniture, and most discussing thing is very dusty and dirty kettle
My boy and I are both had hay fever and we suffering the poor air pollution when turn the aircon on
We definitely won’t stay this Mel Pullman hotel again

It is nice that the hotel equips with Sauna. The parking lots are great. Staff handling check-in is okay.

离客户那很近，经济实惠，旁边也有吃的，下次去继续预订。和旁边美伦也在一起，有多种选择，楼下也有一个餐厅，旁边是个大公园，説2月还有F1

对面就是个大公园，步行五到十分钟就有轻轨站去中心区域比较方便，早餐虽然每天都一样，但品质较高吃的满意。附近餐厅酒吧要走些距离，十几二分钟左右。房间较大，两张一米五大床很棒，唯一吐槽水龙头，跟水池几乎贴着，洗手不便。总体很满意

非常不错唯一缺点就是设施比较老旧 离哪里都很近 这次是为了办美签所以入住的体验感很好 下次有机会肯定会再次入住

不知道为何这家酒店可以被评估为五星级酒店。酒店门口基本上无人当值。即便把车子开到酒店门口卸行李也没有人帮忙，差不多卸完了才有一个男的员工施施然走出来帮忙。没有想过五星级酒店的职员会是这样的。在国内的五星级酒店基本山门口肯定有几个门童留意是否有客人需要帮忙。房间的面积是挺大的，但是从房间、公共区域等的装修可以看得出不少的岁月痕迹。就停车方面，就停了一个晚上，另一个晚上我把车子停了在其他地方，但离开时竟然想收我两天的价钱。幸好当时我脑袋清醒，立即跟前台反映实况才免去了其中一天的停车费用。

Not very impressed from the first day when waiting to check in more than 15 minutes. Staffs were in the back room, come out only there is priority/ premium guest to check in. Breakfast 6 days are the same, the menu does not much change, very poor breakfast so far under Pullman brand. The chef could not cook egg properly, egg sunny side up, burn under, white egg uncooked, not much enjoy for breakfast. Staff very nice but the service not so good. Told the front staff to tell the house keeper to refill body lotion in the room from the first day but not thing change, if check now, lotion should be empty. Expect more from Pullman name!

衞生：相当一般，毛巾不知道是不是三哥洗的，慎用。
设施：该有的都有。
环境：靠近公园，环境还可以。
服务：每天都有打扫衞生，不用特地交代。

The Pullman Melbourne Albert Park was a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 would recommend and would stay again. Concierge staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room service food was excellent, cocktails were fresh and well presented, breakfast was to die for! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed! Parking on site was affordable, safe and easily accessible, shared amenities such as the pool and gym were well maintained. Definitely a great option for accommodation!
