Our best experience in Shanghai. The best place to enjoy the hotel. Love the rooms and the staff. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Will come back again

Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!

来出差，看到这家新开的酒店选择来试试。因航班晚点，预订部会提前来询问我的到店时间以及需不需要接机服务，非常贴心！到店后，礼宾小伙热情的为我拿行李并引领至前台办理入住。来到前台被面前的背景墙所吸引，艺术感满满，大家可前来打卡哦前台小姐姐给我免费升级了湖景房，视野很开阔，洗手间干湿分离，棒！这次体验很不错，推荐👏🏻

新年和家人来太仓玩，看到雅高旗下新开了一家酒店，就选择了这家。大堂的新年装饰非常好看，年味很浓。前台的田经理还帮我把房间升级了湖景还送了水果，人也超级帅超级温柔👍房间很干净，卫生间面积很大。客房部一位叫张凤丽的大姐帮我们打扫房间的时候非常热情，每天看到我们都笑脸相迎。第二天早上去西餐厅吃早餐，是套餐，Curry热情的帮我们一道一道的上菜，盘子摆满餐桌非常丰盛。而且连厨师师傅都会和我们打招呼问候新年好，真的很感动。总之这次入住非常的满意，期待下一次来太仓～
