Great friendly service the hotel rooms were classy and nicely furnished.
The hotel staff made you feel like a star.
I didn’t eat or drink there but the kitchen looked clean professional and they had many customers.
Overall I think it was very reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality.

房间不大，大堂也小。为转机临时订房，误以为酒店在候机楼内，这是本人失误，怪不得酒店。送机收费不便宜，居然是酒店外包，不是酒店自己的车直送机场，还要绕行去其他酒店拼客人一起送机场，也是头一次遇到。

The hotel was very nice, clean and all the staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location for airport.

酒店离机场很近，开车10分钟就到了。早餐感觉一般般，可以选择的不是很多。不知道是不是澳大利亚的酒店早餐都这样不。服务还是很不错的。

フライトが朝早かったので、近くのホテルを予约しようと思いプルマンホテルに宿泊しました。
1阶にレストランがあり、予约はしていませんでしたが案内していただけて嬉しかったです。

酒店环境很好，服务也在线，从mascot地铁站走过去5分钟左右的路程，没有免费停车比较不方便，酒吧就在大堂，比较新颖的风格

悉尼机场铂尔曼酒店距离机场还是有点距离的，步行大概需要半个小时，不过酒店附近有很大的亚洲超市和餐厅。酒店正门比较隐蔽，在门口经过还以为是餐厅入口。前台服务水平一般，前后分别问了不同前台有关于摆渡巴士的问题，答案是不一样的。需要注意的是摆渡巴士是收费的，如果人多出行，打车更划算。房间乾净整洁，这点是让人满意的。
