L'albergo è in buona posizione, pulito e con personale gentile e professionale, ma questo non basta. Struttura datata con necessità di manutenzione, senza ascensore, stanze piccole con arredamenti da rinnovare, bagno piccolissimo senza un portasciugamani e senza neanche un tappetino per l'uscita dalla doccia. Abbastanza insolito il pagamento completo da fare al momento del check in. Prezzo assolutamente troppo alto rispetto all'offerta.
It is my first time to stay there but definitely not my last .
All in all it was a good experience specially having the room with panorama view for the pyramids ,also the staff ,Mr.Mohamed was friendly and helpful and actually he gave us the privilege of choosing our own view ,i felt safe in the place and loved the time i spent there ...it feels like home more than a hotel which is a good point for me .
