Super comfortable bed. Clean quiet room. Friendly helpful staff. Good value. Beefeater beside hotel convenient and good value for breakfast.

Nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly team at this premium Inn I felt welcomed and the staff were fantastic . Working away from home for a couple of weeks can be quite lonely but I felt like I was staying with friends. I have a slight disability and Caroline at reception got me a ground floor room close to reception for my comfort it was dealt with in a very professional way. Amy is also very friendly and welcoming. Both ladies are an absolute credit to the company Asking how people are and how was your day. As people come in if staying for more than the night It’s those little touches that make the difference. I was recommended the dinner and breakfast deal ( which I purchased daily ) The restaurant is very nice Kirsty was very professional and went the extra mile for me with my allergies , these people are what hospitality is about Happy staff making the guests feel at home . They were just amazing And made my visit comfortable and less lonely

Very hard to find location, no signs or lighting streetside to see that a premier inn was the turning indicated by satnav. Driveway broken and uneven for people walking, as no other walkway visible and driveway lighting non existent, seeing an old couple struggling to walk to the restaurant was not the best first image. Room smelt damp, shower had mould on it plug points got very hot and quite loose Room not very clean and had gum drops under kids bed Check in not smooth as booked through lastminute.com Restaurant cold and food not cooked very well. Good customer service though

Comfy and warm room. Extra milk etc on hand. All electrics working well. The food was lovely but my main and starter came out at the same time which I don't like

The hotel room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. It only lacks a bit on accessories, i.e. shampoo, conditioner.... and maybe a little fridge. the people at the reception very friendly and welcoming. The fan in the bathroom very very noisy. Overall, a good stay.

Excellent stay, staff couldn't do enough. Breakfast was excellent, food was hot and table service was a first for me at a Premier Inn. 5*'s

Lovely reception team Greeted with a smile and the helped us with our heating issue. The morning receptionist was lovely too and went above and beyond to help a gentleman with a walker find the restaurant! Not so good points Rooms are tired Beefeater is very very tired and the food wasnt great Good point However the breakfast team were lovely - attentive and very helpful when we just wanted a coffee.

Great location and convenient for Gatwick airport meet and greet parking. Nice quiet location and free parking to accompany the standard Premier Inn service we all know and love.

This is a very tired shabby looking hotel! The I.T systems were down when we arrived so check in was difficult however the receptionist was very nice. The corridors and the room were very tired looking. 3 lights in our room didn’t work and despite reporting to reception nothing was done about them. We stayed 2 nights and asked for our room to be cleaned which unfortunately wasn’t done. Overall we had a decent sleep and apart from some staff who appear to be trying very hard to make peoples stay pleasant the hotel really could do with some tlc

Clearly a once high quality venue, now tired & in need of a refresh. Rooms (mine & colleagues) had a damp smell, heating was poor/noisy, bathroom humidity extraction not fit for purpose & shower water temp going hot & cold. The evening meal at the adjoining Beefeater was mediocre with slow service - tasted OK but poorly presented but the breakfast was good. With some TLC could be a good venue but if I visit the area again I'll be looking elsewhere until the place gets a clean/refresh.
