Very poor. Door key failed 3 times in 2 days but more worrying was being woken up at 1:40am by someone entering my room with a key card that night reception issued. No systems working so everything done by hand written notes. Despite having pre paid for breakfast for 2 days was not on the list for second day so originally refused entry until recognised by a member of staff from previous day All in all a very shocking stay.

Location was in an easy to reach place by car, but that road when leaving the premises and especially during busier times is really difficult.

An overnight stay with friends meant picking somewhere convenient for all coming in from different parts of southern England. Hence this PI. Good points: friendly reception and bar staff, excellent shower, very comfortable bed and comfortably priced drinks in bar. Not so good: the meal in the Beefeater restaurant next door. I had probably the worst steak I have had in the last five years. If the kitchen are prepared to serve up a slab of rubbery, warm, greasy and unappetising meat then I thought I should at least try and eat it. But it was truly horrible. What made it even worse was the bitter tasting ‘Steak’ sauce. I considered asking for a replacement (with no guarantee of improvement) but that would have left me eating on my own after my friends had finished eating their respective food choices - not steaks. I mentioned my disappointment to the very friendly table server and she was sympathetic. 18 hours later I am still slowly and painfully trying to digest the last (I hope) of that steak.

Normally our stay at Redhill is very good but due mixup over room request took the edge off. Also the fact that the reception phone was on silent so had a long walk to speak to reception for a bath towel.

Nathan and his team in the restaurant could not be more helpful, Caroline on the premier inn hotel side is more than helpful nothing is to much trouble , I shall be back

We always stay at this Premier Inn when visiting family & friends. It’s convenient for us as it is in an area we are familiar with. The rooms are comfortable and this particular one - no:125 - was very quiet. The staff are always friendly & helpful and it’s good value for money.

It is a very good hotel for short stay on business in the region.

After a 10 hour flight delay I arrived at Gatwick at midnight exhausted. The hotel is located very close by and once I arrived at the hotel there was a fault with my car and I was unable to close the boot and lock the car. The breakdown service was unable to come until 4am. I’d like to make a special thank you to Uldis on reception. He was so kind and told me to park the car outside his reception where he could keep watch on it and to go to sleep and he would deal with the breakdown people when they arrived. Later he sent me a message telling me he had fixed the problem for me. I was so grateful for his help and I managed to get some sleep as I had a long drive the next day. Thank you Uldis.

We needed to stay near Gatwick for an early flight and chose the Premier Inn at Redhill as it was close to the airport and the cost of the hotel was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Parking on site was easy and free which was a bonus. Room was clean and adequate for our needs and the Beefeater opposite the hotel was appreciated as we could eat without having to drive somewhere else off site.
