SIamo tornati a cena dopo anni in questa splendida location, dopo aver nuovamente ammirato lo splendido ambiente, ci siamo dedicati a gustare le splendide portate, impiattate e cucinare divinamente.Che dire di piu'....grazie Davide per l' ennesima splendida serata che ci hai fatto trascorrere in tu compagnia e ....a presto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!!!!!

Per i 40 anni di mio marito abbiamo soggiornato e cenato in questo fantastico posto. Spazi esterni ed interni curati in ogni minimo dettaglio ed abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia ottima. Staff disponibile e cortese pronto ad accogliere e soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta. La cena é stata superlativa, proposte ricercate e di grande qualità. Servizio molto cortese ed attento. Tutto ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Consigliatissimo.

Luogo elegante e curato, servizio attento, i proprietari gentilissimi, la stanza molto grande, un pochino scomoda per salire, molto classica nell’ arredamento, ma niente era troppo eccessivo. Veramente un luogo speciale

My wife and I stayed here in early October this month for 3 nights during our 17 day trip to Italy. We have stayed in similar properties in this region of Tuscany several times before, and unfortunately this has been our only negative experience. It wasn't terrible, there were several good amenities at the boutique hotel, the best being the restaurant. However the room we stayed in (#26) was below average. It was damp and musty, very uncomfortable bed, very dark all the time (during the day), outlets didn't work, the patio wasn't really a patio as the door/window to the kitchen was right next to our door so we couldn't really sit outside without excessive noise and employees working all the time. Worst of all though was that the shower did not work, the rain shower head had no water coming out from it, and the hand-held shower handle was broken so the only way to get yourself covered with water was to hold with one hand and try to clean yourself off with the other, and in addition the shower door did not close properly so the water went all over the bathroom floor every time you took a shower. When I explained to the front staff after our first night the issues with the shower, the response was "we're sorry, we're waiting for some parts to fix the issue". So they knew about the problems, yet never offered us another room or any compensation of any sort. At $500 Euro's per night, too many other options are available in this area to have to go through this aggravation. I know we will never stay here again, and you should seriously consider other hotels in the area.

Struttura molto bella e affascinante degna di un cinque stelle. Arriviamo alle 11.00 in struttura (prima del ceck-in) che è alle 15.00 ci sistemano comunque in stanza, up-grade molto gradito. Risistemazione della stanza da parte del personale durante le uscite molto curata e degna di nota. Nota dolente, le prese di corrente della nostra stanza non erano adeguate per un normale caricabatterie di telefono in un lato del comodino e nell’altro altro era rotta (il carica batterie cadeva). A riguardo del Servizio sicuramente da migliorare per una struttura cinque stelle: Nel giorno di Lunedì nella piscina della struttura è passato un solo cameriere durante la giornata intera a chiedere se desiderassimo qualcosa. A colazione non trovando alcun tavolo apparecchiato siamo dovuti andare a chiedere in receptions se potevano venire ad apparecchiarci, scusandosi per l’inconveniente sono corsi subito a rimedi. Nonostante ciò durante la colazione siamo dovuti andare a cercare noi il cameriere per chiedere caffè e cappuccino perché non si vedeva nessuno. Malgrado ciò il buffet è composto da salumi di ottimo livello e ottimo buffet di dolci. Ritengo che con piccoli accorgimenti e una maggior organizzazione e cura nel servizio questa struttura ha le capacità per fare un vero salto di livello in questa zona. Ad oggi tornerei alla corte dei papi e ri-pagherei la cifra richiesta solo con questi accorgimenti.

Персонал не говорит на Английском, чтобы получить ответ на простой вопрос нужно ждать 40 минут пока администратор договорит по телефону, с комарами на территории отеля бороться не принято.
Я бы назвал это гостевым домом средней руки, а не пятизвездочным отелем
