Wir hatten im September einen Kurzurlaub. Kannten das Hotel zuvor nicht und waren sehr überrascht! Das Hotel und Service war wirklich super! Hat mich an ein teures Hotel in Griechenland erinnert. Alles modern, sehr sauber, neu eingerichtet. Für die Strandliegen muss man auch nichts extra zahlen oder reservieren. Die Anreise war ein bisschen verwirrend. Denke, dass die Stadt noch nicht so auf Tourismus ausgelegt ist. Und nach Pula sind es dann doch auch noch 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wenn man im Hotel bleibt hat man alles was man braucht! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder ??

Very super holiday complex for everyone. Beatiful accomodation, excellent services, beatifull beach, super two swimming pools, parking, playgrouds for sports. Super holiday.

The resort is new, beautifully maintained, and clean. The room was comfortable, with clean towels and tidiness every day. The food was fantastic – a wide selection for both breakfast and dinner, always fresh and tasty. The staff was very kind, smiling, and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. The pool and the beach near the hotel were great, also suitable for children. Overall, we were 150% satisfied with our stay. Large free parking area, and if someone is not happy with parking outside, the hotel offers the option to park in the garage. Sports activities exceeded expectations. Negative point – In our room, the water pressure in the shower was weak.

It’s a nice place, good facilities. The beach is a bit tricky without special shoes as the seashore is with different size of stones. The territory is nice and spacious. Rooms are well equipped. The variety on dinner menu is very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall, but unfortunately our experience was spoiled by a boat trip booked directly through the hotel. We were told the boat had space for 70 passengers and were even shown photos, but the reality was very different. The boat was tiny, overcrowded (around 35 people crammed in), and extremely uncomfortable. The food was barely edible, and the wine undrinkable — most passengers couldn’t drink it after tasting. The crew were unfriendly, and the only time the captain spoke was to shout at passengers. At the end of the trip, they still went around asking for tips. The worst part came when our group (including 3 very young children) was left behind at the marina after two of the children quickly used the bathroom. The driver left without us, we had no contact number, and the boat staff didn’t help. This left us stranded at 9pm in an unfamiliar place, and we had to take two taxis back at our own cost (€100). When we reported it, the rep was dismissive and claimed the driver thought we were “making our own way home” — which was completely unreasonable. Reception staff were also unhelpful. Overall, the excursion was misleading, poorly organised, and stressful. Definitely not the standard you would expect when booking through a hotel. I wouldn't recommend booking any excursions through the hotel as there is no accountability if anything goes wrong - not even an apology!!

Das Hotel liegt etwas au?erhalb im ruhiger Lage direkt am Strand. Sauberkeit ein hier gro?geschrieben. Poolanlage, Restaurant, Zimmer/Apartment sehr sauber und modern. Das Personal war freundlich kompetent und bemüht aber nicht aufdringlich. Am Strand und Pool gab es immer genügend freie Liegen. Genial war der Abstellplatz für SUPs am Strand. Trotz Kies- und Felsstrand ist der Zugang zum Meer gut. Anlage für Familien sowie Paare sehr zu empfehlen.

La struttura è nuovissima con delle stanze molto spaziose e ben curate. Area piscine e spiaggia perfette, abbiamo sempre trovato un lettino libero nonostante i tanti ospiti. Per i bambini non ho trovato una grande offerta di attività e spazi dedicati se non il piccolo parco giochi. Super consigliato

В Хорватии (город Пула) были впервые. Если бы не удачно выбранный отель, был бы испорчен весь отпуск, так как в самой Пуле нечего делать больше одного дня. Но спасибо Del Mar Emotion, это был один из лучших отпусков!) Мой ребенок до сих пор в восторге, каждый день поет и танцует, как на Mini Disco. С удовольствием вернемся!

Del Mar ist absolut empfehlenswert! Von der Atmosph?re bis hin zum Service stimmt hier einfach alles. Das Team ist herzlich und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders hervorheben m?chte ich die Qualit?t – alles ist frisch, liebevoll zubereitet und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann es jedem nur ans Herz lege

Das Hotel liegt in einer wundersch?ne Bucht. Der Strand ist sehr sch?n. Man bekommt immer eine freie Liege am Pool oder Strand. Nette, unaufdringliche Animation. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Erw?hnenswert ist der St?nder für die SUP,s am Strand . Es war alle total "easy". Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
