The riad is easily accessible. Close to almost all touristic destinations. Wonderfully decorated in traditional moroccan style. Clean. Good prices. The staff was helpful with the exception of one particular person who almost ruined the whole experience. He tried giving us another room although we confirmed our reserved room multiple times before arriving. He also had the audacity to claim it's the same room, just with different furniture. When we insisted, he still gave us a different room and sulked like a spoiled brat with the promise to give us our room the next day (once the guests to which he gave it to check-out). So you can imagine the hassle ! In the end, it's a good riad, I still recommend.

Nous avons eu à séjourner à Fès au Maroc dans le Riad Fès Iline, au c?ur de la medina. Dans ce décor authentique et magique, cette environnement de mosa?ques et de boiseries sculptées des portes monumentales, sonnorisé delicattement par sa fontaine rafraichissante. Ce lieu envo?tant est animé par une équipe charmante et acceuillante 24h/24h. Au petits soins pour leurs h?tes. Un dépaysement total. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Riad is very close to the medina of Fez but very close to the taxi parking. Staff member Youssf and his friend are really very polite and helpful. They organized transport from and to airport and very interested day trip to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss and Meknes. We had two twin rooms. The first was very nice, but second one was too smelly, you can feel it mold in the air, because there was no window. But most of rooms have windows. Room in general was warm in december and sleep was good enough for us. Riad itself is very beautiful. Nice rooftop terrace. If you want to stay in medina, I tottaly recommend this riad. Youssf will take care for you. In the end for me 9/10.

Easy to access if u have lots of luggage. Taxi dropped us off super close. Our room didn’t have a bathroom door which wasn’t the easiest but won’t cause me to hesitate to rebook. If ur traveling with friends that u don’t want to see poop then maybe something to consider. Beds hard but the room was a masterpiece of craftsmanship!

Très bon séjour dans le riad, bien placé à l'entrée de la médina et à 2 pas de la porte bleue, décoration et architecture de haut vol, chambre clean, bon petit déjeuner, equipe aux petits soins, super rooftop, bon d?ner, vin un peu cher. Merci pour l'accueil.

Nos encantó su ubicación, su amable personal y su decoración tan exquisitamente cuidada. Es un lugar fantástico en una calle poco transitada y en el meollo de la Médina. Sin duda es un lugar sabtastico donde alojarse. Recomiendo no alojarse en las suites deluxe porque están en el hall de la entrada y donde sirven el desayuno, por tanto es algo ruidosa

Potenziale non sfruttato bene. Il riad è veramente bello, intarsi di legno, piastrelline colorate, camere spaziose (solo deluxe). Iil personale è gentile ma poco competente, manca di professionalità. Fumere in recedption è fastidioso, segnalre un problema allo scarico del bagno e non risolverlo non va bene.

Riad caratteristico tutto in mosaico con arredi tipici marocchini e’sembrato di dormire in una moschea. Ottima la colazione e la terrazza promette una vista mozzafiato , bravi i padroni, simpatici e disponibili, consiglio per l ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Le riad est authentique, il est propre , très bien situé et le personnel toujours souriant et serviable. Mohammed est au petit soin il peut vous organiser des excursions et réserver pour vous . Il est PARFAIT....Allez y les yeux fermés...Nous y retournerons à notre prochain passage à Fez

Ficamos nesse Riad porque as avalia??es eram muito boas e tinha uma ótima localiza??o. A realidade porém é outra, as avalia??es s?o uma fraude, s?o feitas sob press?o do administrador na hora da saída do Riad. Ele implora por uma nota 10 e que você conclua a avalia??o na frente dele, um constrangimento! O Riad é bem localizado e só isso de bom. O prédio é bonito, mas decadente por falta de manuten??o, o quarto é frio, o banheiro muito pequeno, sem porta, sem tapete, as toalhas s?os de baixíssima qualidade e o pior, os quartos s?o voltados para o pátio que é muito barulhento. O administrador também fica for?ando passeios turísticos e outros servi?os . N?o costumo fazer comentários quando n?o posso elogiar, mas dessa vez resolvi alertar as pessoas para que n?o caiam nessa armadilha. Foi o único ponto negativo de nossa viagem ao Marrocos.
