Very delicious food and good Service. We had a very nice view on the rooftop. You get a lot food for good Price. Also a very big resturant and a nice spot for the resturant. We had chicken and vegetables and fruites.

The people working here are the kindest you will ever meet. My medicin (insuline for diabetes) was put in the freezer instead of the refridgerator by our last hotel and therefor not usable anymore. Ali and Muhammed and the other people working here were calling all the pharmacies in Fez (at 22:00) to make sure I still could get my medicin the same day. Eventually they went with us to the pharmacy to get the insuline. We would definitely revisit, if you want to stay at a place that makes you feel as if you're at home (next to the fact that the riad is beautiful and easy to find) this is the place for you.

An Incredible Stay That Surpassed Expectations! Rating: More a 4-star hotel to us – it's in a league of its own! Room: we had room nr 9 Cleanliness: Cleanliness is super important for me in a hotel. This place easily gets a perfect 10 for being so clean. Safety: We left our valuables in the room during the day without a worry. The feeling of safety here is really reassuring. Booking: We initially booked another hotel, but due to room issues, we were recommended this hidden gem. Safety and location: This hotel is situated in an alley like most beautiful roads do, close to a main entrance. As for safety, we felt very secure in the alley. Despite the alleys being dimly lit at times, we noticed that the local people are highly vigilant about safety. Great for Families: Our 3 kids absolutely loved this hotel. The calm vibe and comfy rooms made our stay so enjoyable. The spacious, nicely decorated rooms and peaceful courtyard were a hit with our kids. Staff: We've stayed in lots of hotels, and the staff here is like a 5-star treatment. They're fantastic during meals and welcoming. Cool Indoors: Even though it was sweltering outside, the AC here kept our room pleasantly cool. Yummy Breakfast: The inclusive breakfast spread was so delicious and extensive – a real treat. Tasty Dinner: We had a lovely dinner with our kids. Our oldest couldn't get enough of the tajine with minced meat and egg – a must-try! Even our pickiest eater found something to enjoy. Clean Bathroom: The bathroom was really clean and had everything we needed. Lovely Views: We had a great view of the courtyard and the back of the hotel – it was really nice. Parking: The hotel owner helped us find parking nearby, and for just 50 Dirham, our car was secure for 24 hours. The staff even assisted with our luggage – their service was exceptional. In short, our stay here was amazing. From the fantastic cleanliness and safety to the outstanding staff and great facilities, this place has it all. Whether you're traveling with family or looking for a luxurious experience, this hotel offers a stay that's totally worth it. Don't miss out on the charm and hospitality this place brings!

We stumbled across this Riad after a long evening walk and whilst we did not stay overnight we had a magnificent meal in the restaurant. The service and quality of the food was superb and if you are looking for an authentic Moroccan meal that does it a little bit different and better than the rest this is the place to try! Really enjoyable.

Zeer indrukwekkende binnenplaats Eenvoudige schone kamer. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel Zeer goed en uitgebreid ontbijt met super lekker stokbrood Verlichting op badkamer was stuk werd dezelfde dag nog verholpen door een monteur Aanrader !
