This is a lovely large inn in a remote, exquisite property. The owners are delightful and the inn is decorated so beautifully. But be clear of the type of property it is—almost all the rooms share bathrooms. Our error in not catching that the room we booked was this type. There is a large kitchen that also is shared and while we were there most people were preparing their dinners. Spotlessly clean, good breakfast. Just awkward sharing bathrooms.

This is a great place to stay. The hosts were friendly, helpful and made all of their guests quite comfortable beyond what I would have hoped for! Coleen even helped plan my next spots as well as bailing me out w a conversion plug that I couldn’t find on a Saturday/Sunday arrival Their decor is beautifully coordinated and the surroundings are peaceful and with nice views. The breakfast they provided was home cooked for each and as extensive as I’ve ever experienced w teas, coffees, multiple cereals, fresh fruit eggs,local bacon and other extras that impressed! Wow

This place is wonderful! It is a beautiful building with scenic vistas from every angle. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Although it is a shared bathroom, the room is spacious with two showers and a bathtub. The best part is the hospitality of our hosts who made us feel truly welcome. Colleen and Clive were gracious and charming. Their son, Coles, made perfectly cooked pancakes and bacon for us, and there was cereal, bread, fruit, and yogurt in addition. They were all fun and hospitable. There are alcapas, sheep, and horses on the property. This is a wonderful place to stay- don't miss it!
