Hey Sunshine, thank you for sharing your experience with us - we’re glad to hear that your overall stay was okay, but we’re sorry that it wasn't quite what you expected. You will find us right in the heart of the Florence. Therefore, parking spots are rare and we do not have our own garage. However, you have the possibility to park your car in a carpark close to our hotel. Nevertheless, we’re also sorry to hear that one of the aspects of our Lean Luxury philosophy isn't your cup of tea. To us, the lean part is all about making smart use of technology to simplify things like the check-in. As well as saving you time, it frees up our hosts to concentrate on what really matters: providing brilliant service and memorable experiences for our guests and there’s always a friendly human around to help if need be.
