The property is well kept and very unique. Everyone that works there is very friendly and helpful. The plaza is a short walk down the hill with plenty of dining options.

I enjoyed my stay at Rumi Wasi early December. The property is clean, layout & decor is tasteful. The staff is amazing! The WhatsApp response is always prompt even at midnight. The breakfast is so delicious! It made me feel at home.

The property was very nice, extremely quiet at night and very clean! The staff was amazing and were available for any needs we might have had. Breakfast was available daily with a variety of options and delivered to our room. The manager did an incredible job!! Called to check on us to ensure that we didn’t have any issues or problems with elevation sickness. He coordinated taxis, recommended restaurants, and ensured that every need was met! I can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was and the excellent experience! Highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Cusco.

Message the hotel before you arrive for door to door service from the airport. Breakfast is good and can be delivered to your room, the balcony, or the dinning area downstairs. Boutique hotel worth a visit.

the streets are all narrow in the ancient zone of Cusco, bit our drivers pick up guests from anywhere and drop them off at the front door.

Habitación impecable, cama comoda, la calefacción se agradece, en general el hotel limpio y ordenado, el desayuno completo(recomiendo desayunar en el balcón) excelente wifi, Bruna y la otra chica muy serciales y amables

habitación limpia, con calefacción, cama comoda, agua caliente, atención muy amable del personal, desayuno puntual y excelente vistas. En la página dice traslado del aeropuerto al hotel gratis, sin embargo no fue asi. fuera de ese detalle todo estuveo de 100

This hotel went up way above and beyond for me especially the employee Manuel. The hotel itself is extremely Charming! There are only seven rooms and you feel very taken care of. You order breakfast daily on the app and can eat it in your room or on the balcony

Our stay at the Rumí Wasi was fantastic! The hotel is so beautiful and charming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience - helping with airport transportation, advice for dealing with the altitude, suggesting restaurants, holding our baggage while we went to Machu Picchu. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. We really can’t say enough good things about Rumi Wasi. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rumi Wasi. The hotel is so beautiful - the art niches, the flowers, amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful. From advice on dealing with the altitude to restaurant recommendations to storing our luggage, they were great. Breakfast was delicious with eggs cooked to order. Can't beat the location just off the Plaza. We highly recommend the Rumi Wasi!
