Great stay, great staff. The only issue was the uphill walk from the city centre but that’s more of an adjustment situation, not at all the fault of the location. Looking forward to another stay sometime in the future.

Probably the best place to stay close enough to everything as far as RESTERAUNT’s ,bars , dance clubs.As soon as you step inside complete quiet. Staff is personable And very helpful quickly. Not to mention the historical value of the property.Loved it loved it!!

What a find. After a 5 day trek, splashed out and was delighted. Firstly, the concierge Manuel could not be more helpful and was happy to keep a bag in storage until I returned from the trek. The hotel is gorgeous - only a handful of rooms, peaceful, the breakfast deck has a superb view over Cusco. Breakfast cooked to order. The room was very comfortable, everything worked perfectly and the shower was absolutely fantastic - including the massage feature. Plus airport shuttle is included. Hard to imagine a better hotel. Thanks!!

The setting is amazing! A 1700’s building with cobblestone streets next to the city center. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the room we were in had the same sliding glass door for both the shower and the toilet. There is no privacy for the toilet. The other room we were in has a separate toilet room.

It is a beautiful hotel. It is very close to the Cusco square which is awesome. The room was lovely and spacious. Note: it is a very small hotel so depending on what type of assistance you need i.e. carrying your luggage upstairs may not be offered.

Es bonito, muy amables y todo muy limpio, la ubicación es perfecta, lo único que no me gustó es que tiene muchas gradas, y que la calefacción de nuestro cuarto era demasiado suave, no podías sentir que calentaba, nos prestaron uno

Gracias por tus comentarios Blanca. RumiWasi es una casa colonial del siglo XVII , por ley , tenemos que mantener la arquitectura original, que incluyen las terrazas y graderias. Saludos cordiales

Manuel and the staff were nice and helpful. Just take note that the airport shuttle service is not totally free of charge contrary to what’s posted online. The free shuttle is a shared service with other hotels. There’s a charge if it’s private. Also, some tour companies may not pick you up or drop off from/ to this hotel even they say they do.

Nous avons été très bien re?us par Manuel, il a organisé nos transferts en taxi et est même venu nous reconduire lui-même à l’aéroport étant donné les perturbations routières cette journée-la. Il est très accessible notamment via WhatsApp. L’h?tel est aménagé dans une maison de pierres datant du 17e siècle et qu’ils ont mis 5 ans à rénover sous les nombreuses restrictions pour un batiment historique de la sorte. La chambre était très confortable et accueillante, avec chauffage, douche chaude et pression. Le petit déjeuner était offert à la chambre, à la salle à manger ou encore au balcon avec vue sur la ville. L’h?tel est très bien situé à quelques minutes de marche de la place principale de Cusco, prévoir tout de même la montée!

Great stay in historical building! Very close to the main square, restaurants and attractions. Service was excellent via Whatsapp. All our enquiries were answered super fast.

Can't say enough good things about Rumi Wasi. All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Manuel was very professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. This is the best place to stay in Cusco.
