The room was freezing and we were moved to another room which was warmer. NO HOT WATER !! Complained and was told it was being fixed and would be working the following morning. Still NO hot water there only way of compensation was to offer 2 free drinks which I find totally unacceptable. Have had to boil kettles to have a wash !!

Well, arrived booking in ok, down in reception area all been fully refurbished.Up to room, clean , curtains don’t close. Heating radiator needs bleeding, no hot water for 3 days. Compensation a free drink. Food basic but staff helpful, entertainment ok. Bingo ok. A nice town lovely high street.

Excellent location, close to shops, beach, sea views. Public areas have been greatly improved, large comfortable dining area, with polite waiting staff and chefs. If the food is not to your satisfaction they will change it, if you have a large appetite just ask for more, not a problem. The upgrading of the hotel is an ongoing project. Some rooms are dated but clean. Entertainment each evening. Bar and reception staff are so polite and helpful. New manager has recruited excellent staff and she listens to customers and any questions or queries are sorted immediately. ??

Arrived on a Alfa Holiday tour and welcomed to the hotel by the general manager, who said that she hopes our stay would be a pleasant one. The Hotel had much improved from our last visit in 2025. A clean hotel with polite and helpful staff with nothing being to much trouble, A good breakfast to start the day and the only let down was the weather but overall a good holiday and we'll be returning later in the year. A big Thank you to all the staff at the Seabank Hotel.

Had another fab time here for three weeks in November. It was like going home to old friends. All of the staff are amazing as is the food, always something to eat as I am a picky eater.A few staff members were especially great, Jonathan an Alex i n the dining room. Donald and Hasim in the Sports Bar , when they woul see us coming in every nite they would have our drinks poured before we even went to the bar. Michael who was at the pool bar every afternoon and remembered what i drank evert day. The housekeeping on the 4th floor were great. Marion , what can I say about her, her is absolute amazing, always ready and willing to help, by far the best guest relations person I have ever come across. There are many more wonderful staff. All in all a lovely pleasant stay, will be back again in March

For value for money, staff engagement and helpfullness, well cooked food with good variety - particularly the breakfast - and comfortable rooms, look no further than the Seabank. And what a location! Nod off at night to the sound of breaking waves and wake up in the morning to the sight of them lapping over the sandy cove. What a great place to stay!

Very friendly staff as always. Our room was clean a spacious. Wi-Fi not very good it kept dropping in and out so quite annoying. Bed comfortable and had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast very nice except the scrambled egg which was pretty awful. All in all another lovely break at this hotel that always delivers.

Just returned from a 5 day break with Alfa. Hotel is in an imposing position on the seafront with a well maintained exterior. We were allocated room 234 which was large with a sea view Only niggle was the lack of a walk- in shower. Meals were good and varied and the waitress service was excellent. Entertainment was O.K. but a bit samey. There was a decent lift which was a godsend as I am not the best with stairs anymore. There is a large grassy area in front of the hotel with many sea facing benches which was great for a relaxing break from a brisk walk. All in all a good place to spend an enjoyable few days.

Just returned from the Seabank hotel with Alfa travel and had a great time. This hotel is the best on offer from Leisureplex and has amazing staff The food was excellent with a good selection. Our room was spacious and well furnished and very comfortable. Near to the high street and shops, cafes and restaurants Entertainment each evening and the bar prices were reasonable We would definitely return

This is an hotel that has greatly improved since pre-covid days. Service, cleanliness, location all make this hotel worth a visit. There is also nightly entertainment. The bar prices are reasonable too, with a reasonable selection of beers and spirits.
