*clean and spacious room and bathroom. *helpful, friendly and attentive staff. * Hotel on the whole was fine, maybe needs to be updated, possibly a link of paint here and there in some ares. * breakfast was amazing and lots of choice. Would definitely stay there again.

Visited the hotel via Alfa, a 5 day break. Check-in was quick and fuss free, with cases arriving at the room around 20 mins later, pretty speedy!. Food was reasonable, decent portions and excellent quality, though seasoning & flavour was lacking in many dishes, the carrot and coriander soup for example, made in-house, and a great texture and consistency, but could not taste the coriander (I was not the only guest to comment on this aspect of the food) Room was fresh, recently decorated, and clean. Evening entertainment was good quality, but dated, catering more for the older clients, although there were a fair number of "younger" guests too. The hotel has had a recent ish makeover, but little more than a coat of paint and new furniture, and in places it shows. Accessibility isnt great, the lift is tiny, only suitable for a manual, or maybe a small electric wheelchair. The setup of the lounge/bar meant that every mealtime, even if you were walking through, that ta less and chairs blocked the path through, somthing that could be easily changed. Booked self drive through a travel company for 6 nights. Arrived to check-in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who showed us where we would be sitting for our meals in the restaurant and showed us around the bar area. The area was clean,fresh and inviting . Our room was situated at the side,so we got a sea view from there with no extra cost . The room was warm,clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee station was well stocked. Although the weather wasn’t over hot the room did seem to get hot but there was a fan in the wardrobe to help with that. The breakfasts were excellent, a lot of choice and all nicely cooked and presented. Good choice for evening meals ,sometimes could have been a little hotter but after mentioning it that seemed to have been rectified. Tea and coffee after dinner was served at the bar ,all worked well. The restaurant staff worked really hard and like a well oiled machine. Always polite,pleasant and friendly. The evenings were taken up with a game of bingo at 8.30pm and entertainment from 9pm until 11pm. All entertainers were good and some better than others . The bar staff , like the rest of the staff at this hotel were brilliant and worked hard . This Leisureplex hotel is a true asset to the company as are the staff . Well done .

Fantastic hotel facilities, Craig the manager, Caroline the manager, and the whole team are brilliant, friendly, and approachable. Already booked another two holidays to the Seabank hotel and can't wait to return. Food is good, bar area is spacious with a good sized dancefloor.
