I would give the highest mark due to its services. Top notch. Overall the hotel is super good, friendly and helpful staff. Looking for a next holiday here!
I'm glad to make reservations with this hotel. Our family loves it very much although the rate is quite high in comparison with nearby hotels. The view is very nice. Try to request for higher ground unit.
We stayed here for two nights , location is good, centre place in town, only 5 star hotel in whole area, nice swimming pool. But hotel aircon system is not good enough, we have stayed 28 degrees for whole night due too aircon issue, and next night after hotel fixed the problem , I have asked for additional blanket, front desk staff replied me: “we are full house today, you have to pay RM 200 for this “. I was shocked from her answer, hotel charged me 5 star hotel price , with **** service, front desk staff have not been trained to use proper language for 5 star hotel standard.
In additional, room seen have not been clean properly, with empty hair conditioner, shower gel and no tissues. Toilet was not clean, with spiderwebs and insects. Furthermore there was also spiderwebs stuck in the ceiling. Overall it was moderate, not 5 stars standard.
