Wonderful staff service.
Location is good about 5 mins walking to the main area where all the restaurants, and the ferry pick ups are.
Room is very good. Very clean. Aircond works fine, hot water works fine.
Swimming pool has great view.
The only thing thats lacking is the Sambal bawang of their nasi lemak. Really can be improved. The taste is bad.
Otherwise everything is great
We book for 3 room sea view room , got one room give me OKU room toilet, Changed new room for us is not floor 7th , When we request to need back same 7 floor said fully booked , But I got one friend walk in to book room Counter staff is can give 7th floor room for my friend . We are travelers everything rubbish didn’t throw outside anywhere, the rubbish we away bring back to hotel throw , The smoke cigarette box throw in hotel room garbage can didn’t allow & final Rm 500 for us. Like counter staff have to mention The smoke cigarette box also cannot throw in the room. We rushing to airport if not I will make noise & complaining.
I had such a great time during my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the cozy bed, the beautiful view, the breakfast, and the pool.
The atmosphere was relaxing. Very kids friendly. Me and my family truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back soon!

The hotel is new, recently opened. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The hotel's strongest point is a comfortable and well-designed pool. Unfortunately, this is the end of the pluses.
Breakfast - the choice seems to be large, but everything is focused on the Chinese, so a European / American does not have much to eat. It's good that at least there is an egg station.
Front desk procedures - even though the hotel was almost empty, we were told to wait three hours for the room. A deposit of RM 200 per day is charged at check-in - cash only, no card guarantee. When checking out, you have to wait at the front desk until the housekeeping checks if you have stolen anything from the room. If you lose the document confirming the deposit - they will not return your money.
Finally, probably the most annoying thing - the card scanning system in the elevators - we sometimes spent long minutes trying to press the floor key in the elevator, usually it ended with asking for help from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable.
There is too much to improve here to be able to say that the hotel is worth the price.
