From the moment we've stepped into the hotel we had a warm welcome from the receptionist. And interior designs are very authentic and unique.we went there for a day outing we really enjoyed our time there and the food served was very delicious. Our service was done by fnb steward Yohan he didn't hesitate fulfil our needs and wants. Hope to visit this wonderful place again

Starting from the greeting Welcome drink, smile, friendly service, positive attendance, always forward to helping minded by all the staff. We really enjoyed our day inside the seagate. Also we were not feel we are some where we feel as we are at home. Specially I want to thanks to Yohan who take care us like king and queen.

Yohan is the best service person I have ever met all of my travel. Smile and always positive manner in service. Seagate I recommend this place for Family and Friends gathering. Food and servic and room standard are up to level. I enjoyed a lot in Seagate kalutara.

I've reviewed once also. And once again i'm writing same stuff because i can't thank enough to sea gate team from the begining. Thanks palitha for your great support when making reservation you didnt fuss for anything you accepted my every changes. Thank you for that. As well as Sudesh and team who served us was really really thankful that is awesome everytime they looked after us very well. Keep good work team best of luck. More business awaiting for u all.

It was a nice lifetime experience in the hotel we had, specially on the beach. The food was good, and the buffet was filled with a considerable variety. Rooms were o.k.and the wash rooms were clean. Staff were friendly, and the service was good. Overall, a good place to spend the day....

Perfect place.. My self & my fiancé went on a Monday which is obviously a low occupancy day... Hence, I had my doubts how would be the service & the room A/C will be. But, they surprised us with a super service from the start to the end... Raiza was superb and very helpful, neat & quick... Food was fantastic (portion wise, taste wise & variety wise). F&B team service was WOW.... HK & Room Service teams were very quick on our requests.. Very nice & clean pool... Have loads of photo location places (Natural & created)... Nice beachfront & view to the room... They have a nice small area covered with coconut trees facing the sea... That area is fabulous... Must mention the rooms... Large rooms with a nice washroom... bathtub is clean too.. Hot water was quick even during a low occupancy day was surprising.. Thanks to the entire team specially Raiza...
