Beds in accessible rooms cannot now be raised. I am not able to get up, from the new beds, easily or safely. An extra mattress was added as a fix on this occasion due to unoccupied rooms, what would I have done if the hotel had been fully booked? An accessible room should be accessible for various disabilities. PI have raised beds for me for many years it's a pity they can't do it anymore

Stayed here a few times with work, always feel very welcoming with friendly staff, food is always great quality. Highly recommend, nothing is ever a problem from reception bar staff kitchen staff to cleaners
