Wrong Door Code in winter conditions The door code yo get in the hotel was wrong in the check in information provided. I was stuck outside for half an hour in -25C weather. This is dangerous and someone is going to get hurt that way. Please double check this info is accurate for guests! Hotel was otherwise great!

Hard workinf queen's friends/family.look o Just an amazing, amazing, amazing, outstanding stay. As a plus 50 techno peasant trying to check in, Alex at the contact us phone number was amazing. He effortlessly adjusted and accommodated and solved any of our questions in regards to checking in and or out. If you are a parent or grandparents or family member of a queen student and you are looking for an upscale amazing place to stay with a ton of space to visit and relax and soak in your time in Kingston, this is absolutely the place?

Flawless stay. This property is a unique gem and a fabulous addition to the city. Everything has been thought of, we especially loved all the local products and impeccable design. Easy parking and conveniently located close to great restaurants and little shops. Highly recommend this property.

The Smith hotel is our favourite in Kingston. Easy to get to restaurants and the main ***** but the best are the rooms. Beautiful, super clean with everything you might need. We love the record player and that each room is unique. Can’t wait to try a different room next time.

The Smith Hotel: A Must Stay This is a beautiful hotel with a great location near everything in downtown. The loft was amazing, interior decor was spectacular. Though contactless it was still easy to communicate with staff through their text service. Check in and checkout process was seamless. Wonderful hotel.

The room service was not the best. Stayed for 3 nights and on the 3rd night, the bedsheets were not changed, pillow case changed to a dirty one. Response time is so slow not to mention the lack of amenities like an iron box or basic WI-FI connection. Most of the waiters were really nice and helpful but one specific one was so indifferent. The food was good but as for the accommodation, I would not recommend. No actual slippers provided so you have to shower without because they offer paper slippers. Terrible terrible service. Do not waste your hard earned money here.

That had to be one of the most unique hotel experiences I've ever had! Nothing can beat this! There little pricey but well worth the money! Definitely going back!

great getaway home for two nights we had a great stay at the smith hotel with a 2 room loft style with exposed stone walls, polished concrete floor and everything needed as if you lived there. the kitchen had everything you would need and the bed was very comfortable. only issue was the blinds when closed in the upper room would also cut out the light in the living/kitchen area below and not a big issue, the patio was full of leaves (it is fall, we know), but not cleaned for use during the warmer day we had.

Property is immaculate. Everything was like new. I was not sure about the unattended sign in, but the instructions were clear and I had no problem in obtaining my key fob from the automated lock box.
