We stayed in room no 1206 the room was clean. Staff Tamil & Amritha are good at their work. We went for my daughter's first birthday and it was memorable. They provided baby food on the request which made my day. Pradeep was so helpful in the dining.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt high quality. The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Property is nice and good to roam around. checkin/checkout is smooth.They do have option for few activities for kids. Food is extremely expensive even from the standard of 5 star. food quality is just ok. recommended - Take food at club Mahindra which is just the next property and had great food at reasonable price.

We enjoyed our two nights at Sterling Munnar in January. Highlights of the stay were outdoor activities, beautiful location/views, and food. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner daily. Some of the staff members were excellent and went above and beyond. Prabha, the activities coordinator, did an excellent job helping us do outdoor activities like zip line, Burma bridge, spider wall, trampoline, archery, ATV, etc. Prabha is a friendly and fun guy and we appreciated him! We also appreciated Bala for kindly and carefully managing our luggage and taking us back and forth in cart. Karthick and other members of kitchen staff were very helpful as well. Buffets were well managed and food quality was great. Game room and outdoor play area were also enjoyed by my kids. I would’ve liked to see better evening program. DJ night wasn’t enjoyed by anyone as far as I saw. Bonfire night was better. A show or live music would be nice (we enjoyed that at Sterling Mount Abu and Sterling Udaipur). I took away one star because of the extremely poor condition of the road to the hotel, disorganized housekeeping service (we had no towels at one point and had to call 3 times to get towels), and also because some front desk staff seemed poorly trained and had difficulty understanding simple questions about amenities and towels and laundry. Only other downside is far location from most attractions around Munnar.

The resort is located 17 kms from main Munnar town and the drive covers most picturesque view of Lockhart tea gardens. The approach road is delipidated but the view from the resort is also very serene. The staff were very helpful and courteous. In case you are not tight on budgets, you must opt for Indulge Suite which offers double bay room with best view of sunrise across the mountains.

Excellent stay from check in to till end. All staff are very supportive snd helpful. Would like to come back again. Yogesh Mehta is extremely nice person and made us feel like a home stay.

Rooms was really good.The atmosphere in the resort was awesome.The staff who were in the resort was really helpful and the food was good especially the staff Sreeharsh,Bishal,Sanjay,Adithyan very helpful and front office staff was welcoming us really nicely

We had a fantastic stay at Sterling in Munnar! Incredible food with a huge variety, lovely and spacious rooms, and friendly and professional service from every employee. Thanks especially to Adithyan food and drink service supervisor and Sukesh front of house manager! They made us feel so welcome.

The 2 km road leading to Sterling Munnar was like driving on the craters of the moon, I fail to understand while the rest of the roads we travelled in Kerala (baring the under construction) road were very good, how come the road leading to the two resorts Club Mahindra and Sterling were so badly neglected beats me. The second issue is the pricing of the food in the restaurant was day light robbery Rs775/- plus GST for breakfast and Rs1299/- plus GST for Lunch/Dinner was ridiculous. This was a way Sterling is saying "you please don't eat here" . We had meal for 6 of us for less than 1200/- at a great place called Maxi Munnar. Sterling management just want to rob its helpless members who have signed up with them for years.
