We were greeted at reception and smoothly checkin by Aditi Gupta. She was kind to alot us nearby rooms at ground floor. She helped us at reception throughout our stay. Next I would like to mention Yogesh Mehta of F&B, who is dynamic and active all the times, taking care of all the needs.

I recently stayed at Sterling Munnar Resort with my wife for our honeymoon, and it was a truly memorable experience. ? The ambience, hygiene, scenic beauty, and staff service were all excellent. A special mention to Avinash and Krishnaja from the team, who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and special. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the road leading to the resort, so that guests can have a smoother ride to this wonderful destination. Highly recommended for couples and families alike! ???

Such an amazing experience in the resort. Good ambiance and perfect location for relaxation. We got mist both the days. Amenities was good, pool was superb. Staff members krishnaja, rishita, avinash were friendly and helpful. Ayurvedic spa was such a relaxation. Therapist silpa and jain is experienced hand. All staff members are an asset to the company. I've already recommended the resort to my friends and family

Had a comfortable stay here during the June monsoon, the views are amazing, the place has so many activities to offer, the rooms are clean, spacious and cozy, the food- delicious, the service- great, Prakash was of great help. Overall, a lovely time.

We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.

Dovrebbe essere un 4 stelle, preso di corsa dal nostro agente di viaggio in sostituzione del Mannar Queen che abbiamo rifiutato. Ci dà anche un upgrade della stanza, prendendo la Premier Room. Il check-in è uno dei più lunghi della mia vita, vogliono anche copia del visto di entrata e non può essere una disposizione governativa perché due ore prima nell’altro non lo hanno chiesto. Anche questo hotel dichiara le 4 stelle e dalle foto sul sito sembrerebbe meritarle. Peccato che non corrispondano alla realtà: ognuno può constatare la differenza con le foto che ho fatto io alla nostra stanza. Aggiungo che non c’è la safety box e nemmeno il phon per i capelli. Senza contare il letto che è appena più grande di un francese da una piazza e mezza. Rientriamo in hotel alle 13,15 e la stanza non è riassettata. Hanno privilegiato le stanze che si sono svuotate degli ospiti (sigh!). Poi organizzano dei lavori sotto le nostre finestre dalle 14,00 alle 16,00 impedendoci di riposare. Se cenate qui mangerete abbastanza bene come self service. Wi-Fi funzionante a singhiozzo. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. L’hotel avrebbe bisogno di un serio restyling delle stanze e degli edifici che ormai paiono semi abbandonati perché poco manutenuti. La mancata corrispondenza delle foto del loro sito con la realtà della mia stanza mi pare una grave mancanza di rispetto nei confronti del cliente, per non dire altro. Non ci tornerei se non costretto da mancanza di alternative.
