Regular client since long time at Sublim Comporta that we loved, we were really disappointing during our stay during Christmas time 2025. This place is just an average 4 stars hotel but not at all the service & client experience you expected from a 5 * hotel. I made a complaint twice because the Christmas Eve menu for 2 charge 180 euros was just basic, no tasty, pasta too cooked, dishes half cold & presentation not refined at all. I couldn't it my dinner at all on the Christmas Eve which is a real shame. Nobody cares to find us a better solutions during the dinner & after when I wrote twice to the H?tel Manager to ask for a dinner refund. She just proposed us 25 % discount on the next meal to compensate. Sorry to say that Sublime Lisboa lost 2 very good potential client as I travel there regularly for business. They have no clue what a proper client experience means and are to stubord in finding a right solution for us. Client experience has nothing to do with money but with client satisfaction!!! Truly disappointing. We will not come back again!!!

Although my stay was only for one night, it was my second time staying at the Sublime Hotel Lisboa. The professionalism, kindness and friendliness of the team are a trifecta. This is the ONLY hotel I will stay it when in Lisboa and shall recommend it to everyone.

We stayed at the Sublime Lisboa both at the beginning and end of our trip, and everything about our experience was fabulous. The staff members were friendly and incredibly helpful. Both rooms were distinctive, spacious, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The location was very convenient, quiet, and easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We're considering a return visit to Lisbon just to stay at the hotel again.

A estadia no Hotel Sublime de Lisboa foi excelente, desde o conforto do quarto e todo o equipamento e acessórios disponíveis, gosto requintado, à inspira??o de elegancia vintage, à equipa acolhedora de profissionais, sempre disponíveis e simpáticos. O conceito do hotel está muito direccionado para a reprodu??o do ambiente familiar, o que confere ao lugar o calor e a presen?a humana, com toda a ética que se espera de um hotel de cinco estrelas. O pequeno-almo?o foi servido à mesa, com op??o de prato quente também confeccionado na hora, com os amoras e os sons que inspiram e nos fazem sentir especiais. Entre tantos detalhes e surpresas agradáveis deixo aqui um dos que mais me encheu o cora??o - a oferta de um spray à base de óleos essenciais para colocar na almofada antes de dormir. Tudo isto em três palavras: elegancia, acolhimento e excelência. Recomendo!!!

This beautiful little jewel of a hotel felt like home away from home - comfortable, quiet and relaxing. I appreciated the thoughtful design that exudes a sense of sophistication. From its contemporary style to the gem-tone velvets in the room and the intriguing photographs in the halls. The bedding is comfortable, the towels thick and plush, and the room includes everything you might need. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming and the restaurant/ bar is equally beautiful and the food delicious.

Walking down to the nearby Parque Eduardo VII from the Sublime one passes the monoliths of the Intercontinental and Ritz. Both undoubtedly fine hotels but, I suggest, lacking the qualities of a genuine, and sublime, boutique hotel. The Sublime Lisbon has an individuality, imagination and intimacy in everything it does. The welcome is personal and engaging, the rooms are unique, stylish and comfortable, the restaurant? Well, Sublime. Thanks to all for a memorable stay.

From the moment of reserving, arriving at the reception through to being introduced to my room, all was very professionally handled. The staff were warm, helpful and efficient. The room was very well appointed with many nice touches, the bed very comfortable with many pillows to choose from. All exceptional.

If you stay anywhere in Lisbon make sure it’s Sublime! Big shout out to Inés on reception. The level of service and attention to detail at Sublime is next level! We’ve never felt so welcome at a hotel and the attentiveness made the experience even more special. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back. Breakfast was incredible and delicious. The rooms, the restaurant and common areas were beautifully designed. You will not regret staying here!

The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Lisbon and although the walks into the centre take a little longer, it was worth being in a quieter location. The room was excellent and well provided, with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Staff contacted us before arrival to confirm arrival time and check whether we had any special requests.
