The room was fabulous and spacious. The hotel decor is very chic and appeals to our taste. But most importantly, all the staff were so friendly that we felt that we were at home and not at a hotel. We would definitely go again.

Excellent h?tel parfaitement situé pour decouvrir Lisbonne. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Chambre très confortable et très élégantes.

El hotel es muy bonito. Es boutique por lo que prácticamente es todo para ti. La pasamos muy bien en el hotel.
Adicionalmente TODO el personal que trabaja ahí es extraordinariamente atento. Tuvimos una complicación en nuestros planes de viaje y no solo nos ayudaron, sino que nos solucionaron todo el problema. Realmente sorprendente.
Sino duda el mejor lugar e Lisboa. Lástima que solo tienen 15 habitaciones.

Médiocre
H?tel s?r coter, chambre et literie pas très confortable, froideur malgré le chauffage, sombre. Attention certaines chambres n’ont pas de lumière naturelle entrante. Mauvaise rénovation et mauvaise qualité des finitions et matériaux.
Mauvaise isolation des rideaux faisant entrer la lumière des parties communes toutes la nuit dans la chambre. Le ménage et le service de chambre n’est pas à la hauteur.
Le petit déjeuner et le restaurant n’est pas à la hauteur d’un vrai 5 étoiles.
Attention l’h?tel indique garer votre voiture dans leur garage mais la réalité est que votre voiture est stationné dehors.

We had a great stay here with friends, a gorgeous room on the top floor with great amenities available including gym and pool nearby. The hotel team from reception to the bar were all great and gave us perfect recommendations for restaurants and things to do…. It was home from home.

10/10 boutique hotel experience
Absolutely wonderful stay in every aspects. This is the kind of hotel that has made every moment personal and special. Exceptional service and attention to detail, fantastic style and interior throughout the hotel and room. Happy to have spent 4 days here.

The Sublime Lisbon epitomises what it is to be a great city hotel. Not only do the staff recognise you, make constructive suggestions, pre-empt your next request and make you feel at home, but they also go the extra mile in ensuring that anything you aren’t happy with is fixed as soon as possible. The rooms are cute and well designed. The restaurant is charmingly run and the breakfast just perfect. The common areas are delightful. The whatsapp service the hotel offers is answered instantly and brilliantly well with links, extra suggestions and helpful information. There was an issue with our shower that smelled on the first day. Not only was this fixed instantly, but a room was held in case it couldn’t be fixed and a champagne bottle presented the day after to apologise for any inconvenience. Very charming, and very correct. We commented on the way out for dinner one night that we liked the cake they had for tea in the foyer. When we arrived back in our room there were 2 slices beautifully displayed, awaiting us in our room. Incredibly the hotel was happy for us to have a late checkout so we could use our room right up until our (late) departure for the airport. This was supremely helpful and not something they were obliged to do at all. We were so grateful. All of the above led me to conclude that this hotel just wants you to enjoy your time, enjoy their hospitality and enjoy Lisbon. I am super impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this well run establishment to anyone that asked where to stay in Lisbon. Gorgeous !

Customer service at sublime Lisboa is the best I’ve ever experienced. The room was beautiful and we loved the boutique feel. The italian restaurant attached is also very good. But the hotel staff is what made it for us. We had a terrible taxi driver who was being difficult when he dropped us off and the staff saw what was happening and came out to handle the situation. Amazing. They turned a very terrible first impression of Lisbon into a fantastic one. Big thanks to Rafael and Pedro for saving us as well as Leonor for providing recommendations in Porto! Loved the small touches like the pastel de nata in the room for us to taste when we arrived. Just a really wonderful experience, we will stay here again.

We had an outstanding stay at the Sublime Lisboa, a wonderful, boutique (17 rooms) hotel on a quiet street near the Parc Eduardo VII. Its location makes it easy to walk (or cab or Uber) to anyplace in the city. The rooms (at least our Pateo room) are nicely-sized, with luxuriously large bathrooms. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And the attached restaurant, Daverro, was great for a nice breakfast and fine-dining for dinner (and frequented mostly by locals, not tourists). We definitely will stay at the Sublime Lisboa on our next visit to Lisbon.

Sublime hotel is one of kind. The staff is outstanding, the hotel is perfect very boutiquey the food is fantastic. Very customized if you need it. The hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations. Unfortunately wildfires were happening and prevented us from going to the duoro valley and Porto. They helped us reroute our trip and it turned out outstanding. Many many thanks to the sublime staff they were very dumure! Unfortunately not all hotels were helpful Vila foz stay away from. ( see new post on vila foz Porto) Again many thanks sublime! You rock
