Fijne acvomodatie voor onze doorreis.
Mooie ruime junior suite.
Goed bed en de 2 persoons slaapbank was ook van goede kwaliteit.
Jammer dat er geen kleine minibar aanwezig was in de kamer. Maar deze accomodatie staat zeker op onze lijst om bij terug te keren.
La prima cosa che colpisce di questa hotel, è il contesto in cui è ubicato. Infatti, si trova in una antica struttura medievale immersa nella natura. Sono ancora intatte una parte delle mura con il ponte levatoio e quello che era una caserma è diventato un hotel ed un'ottimo ristorante. L'ambientazione delle camere è rustica con legno a vista e sono molto accoglienti e pulite. La sala da pranzo dove, al mattino si consuma una colazione più che abbondante e varia, è molto accogliente ed in cucina preparano ottimi ed abbondanti piatti della tradizione Austriaca. Consiglio vivamente la cena in questa struttura sia per la qualità del cibo che per il prezzo economico. E' presente anche un piccolo museo medievale con negozio a tema e dal piazzale parte anche il sentiero che porta al ponte sospeso più lungo d'europa.... Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare anche fussen (circa 15Km) con i suoi castelli ad un prezzo decisamente più economico....
Close Hotel Tetbury
The Close hotel is well situated, clean and of the highest standard. The room we stayed in was very well appointed with a lovely big king size bed and an excellent en suite. We had the breakfast which was delicious with plenty of options and the staff are very attentive without being imposing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. If you’re planning a stay in the Cotswolds look no further.

We loved our stay at The Close. Very convenient, room was cosy and comfortable, the staff were friendly. Our only negatives were we felt that the drinks and food by the bar were overpriced for what they were and breakfast wasn't great (we had to wait a very long time to be served).

Stayed in a deluxe junior suite. It was ok - the room itself was nice, but we stayed as a family of 4, with 2 being on the sofa bed but there was no sheet for it. There was also only 2 towels. The area surrounding is beautiful. We were glad it was a 1 night stay over. Check in wasnt very friendly or informative.
Best mattresses in Europe! We traveled as a family for 3 weeks, and this hotel had the most comfortable beds. Our room was huge! We had everything we needed. We also appreciated very much that our keys were left in an accessible spot with instructions and a map for our late arrival. The restaurant looked amazing. And it's so fun to look up and see the lighted suspension bridge right over the hotel. We got helpful instructions from a nice worker in the morning. Overall just a beautiful experience.
