Fabulous haven by the sea
What a beautiful little oasis. From the moment youi step inside you are greeted with such friendliness and joy. The property is beautifully decorated, so relaxing. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities you'd expect, plus those little extra attention to detail items, that just make you smile. The two wonderful guys that run are amazing and go out of their way to make your stay special. The breakfast, is out of this world. Amazing choice, cooked to perfection and high quality produce, cooked with love. I can honestly say its the best I've ever had and I've stayed in 1000s of places across the world. I thoroughly enjoyed staying and I shall definitely be back. 10 out of 10.

Comfortable and welcoming
B&B rather than a hotel, tastefully and artistically decorated throughout. Attention to detail in the comfortable and well facilitated en suite room. Big choice of freshly made breakfasts which you request from the night before. Mark and Derek are welcoming, helpful with local knowledge and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is good for walking to nearby pubs, restaurants, shops and the sea.

Sehr sch?nes kleines hotel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer mit viel liebe eingerichtet. Frühstück ist super, jeden tag frisch zubereitet nach Wunsch der G?ste. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Lovely clean twin room, quite small but all we needed for one night. Modern bathroom. Superb full English breakfast included the next morning, along with tea/coffee/juice, cereal etc Staff were very attentive. Great location for Longleat.

Give Michelle the biggest hugs Sunday night was a good jazz jam Monday night was quiz night All good for Longleat Definitely stay again Unfortunately no food but the kingfisher up the road is amazing for take out, corner House don't mind and will give you a table and plates etc Amazing XX

Super rapport qualité prix, chambre propre, literie nikel, super emplacement direct au centre ville, calme c?té cour, et dejeuner très bon et copieux. Bref rien à dire sauf merci ! Nous vous eu un très bon accueil également. L'h?tel fait également pub au rez-de-chaussée si vous voulez d?ner.

Luxury B&B at non Luxury prices - Fantastic
Fantastic B&B - Luxury at a great price. beautiful furnishings, decor, and bed linen. Excellent shower EnSuite with high quality toiletries. We were allowed to have our takeaway fish and chips supper in their break area which was much appreciated. The breakfasts are great. On top of that the hosts Derek and Mark are lovely, and so friendly to talk to. They have done such a fantastic job creating this B&B. There is on site parking and also parking on the street directly outside if no spaces available in their car park. We will go back and recommend to are friends and family if visiting the area.

I’m not sure if this is a small hotel with a small pub attached or the other way round but we enjoyed our stay. We were given a wonderful welcome by Helena who could not do enough for us. The room was comfortable and clean with a real bath and heaps of hot water. The breakfast was very good. The building is quite old and so has a slightly odd layout but was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It has nice rooms, a nice bar and lovely breakfast. Nothing was too much effort for the staff. The staff were all lovely. It is at the top of the hill where you can walk down into Frome centre. A very short walk from some great restaurants and bars. So very well positioned but don't get too drunk as you have to get back up the hill again to get to bed. We had a slight problem with parking as if it is busy here they run out of space. Luckily we managed to work our way around all of this with the help of the great staff.

We stayed here because it was near Bath and had a rare six-person room to accommodate our somewhat large family. What a lovely stay we enjoyed! The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff was perhaps the friendliest we have ever encountered. We have stayed at much fancier places, but those pricey hotels could learn a lot from The Cornerhouse: what most travelers want is great food and a hearty welcome after a tiring journey.
