Over rated. The room was clean and tidy but the kingsize bed was nearly against the wall so difficult to get and out. The rear car park was dark and it left you with a feeling that was your car safe. Also our view out of the bedroom window looked over 3 large overflowing bins. Not nice. However Mark behind the bar was totally professional and welcoming. Also the lady who served breakfast was just a delight, a great personality, nothing was too much trouble
