Room was small with a view of a noisy pool.
I have gotten better deals with a nicer room.
Best point was everything was very close shopping, eating and asking.

Location is good, about 250m walk to ski lift and in the center of most things.
The bed was too soft and had to change room after 1 night of terrible sleep, the mattress condition was in W shape on both sides, felt like sleeping in a slope.

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby.
Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean.
Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in.
Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location.
To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty.
Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out.
If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

这是惠斯勒同类型宾馆价格比较亲民的，在宾馆停车费用特别高，可以去附近的公共停车场停车，价格便宜不少。

The hotel is at a very convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby. We stayed in a lodge with 5 persons. The room is very good which is spacious and clean. It’s our first time to go to Whistler in Summer and the hotel is good to be re-considered for our next stay.
