Hotel rooms need complete renovation. Old, tired and poorly specified

Reception was not friendly at check in. Duvet old and torn. Room very hot. No thermostat. Had to open windows, therefore very noisy.

Despite the issues at the hotel where there was total loss of water staff tried to maintain service unfortunately there was no contingency plans to provide temporary water supplies for sanitation and hygiene issues which forced customers to use facilities external to the hotel. This did taint our trip and it was a full 48 Hours before some service were restored. The hotel has agreed to a full reimbursement for our stay but this process is still ongoing.

OK, but must exist some better hotels in Galway The area was not so pleasant. Very noisy, a lot of loud from the corridor and the street

Alles bestens. Beste Lage in Galway, sehr sch?ne Unterkunft. K?nnen wirklich nichts schlechtes berichten. Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls gefallen und ausgereicht. Top.
