Staff was very nice and the overall property was clean. The guy that took our coffee order every morning in the coffee shop even remembered our names!

Front desk women were hard to understand. No one told us about the amenity package until we checked out and saw a $27 extra charge. No one knew if the rooms were down-free, as I have an allergy. An employee was sent to our room with duck feather pillows. We finally figured out the normal pillows were synthetic, so safe The Lobby was packed with random people. Now the good... Room was stylish, quiet and comfortable. Dinner at the Brass Eye, on the top floor, was delicious. The scones from downstairs were dry and tasteless. We were able to find parking on the street to avoid the $50 valet fee.

Could not find an ice maker anywhere and I was traveling with breastmilk. For the cost, I would have expected exceptional cleanliness. There was some clumps of hair in the hallway and some hair in the linens in the room.

Very friendly staff. Clean property. The parking was inconvenient unless you pay to Valet. The rooms are small, but nice. Love the black out shades.

Everthing was great! The room was clean and cozy room, the staffs were friendly, and I especially loved the cafe in the lobby with its wonderful atmosphere??

Honestly loved my experience at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. This was so conveniently located and enjoyed walking in the area. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Loved the coffee shop and restaurant on the property as well. Great hotel with super friendly staff.

Very clean rooms. The staff was amazing. Roof top bar view is looking over the city is breath taking. Its a little pricy but worth every cent. 10-10.

Staff was really, helpful, kind and warm. It was a very busy weekend (valentine's day) I think they handled the high volume great overall.

The staff were good. The addition of the fire place and some jazz music was awesome. Junto made so some very hospitable Valentine experience for me and my honey, Bryan.
