The staff were good. The addition of the fire place and some jazz music was awesome. Junto made so some very hospitable Valentine experience for me and my honey, Bryan.

Not your typical hotel lobby. It's a hangout, for guests and for the community. The rooftop bar gives a speakeasy vibe, but where everyone is welcome. And the room - probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Delightfully cool and relaxing.

This is a very trendy hotel. The main floor lobby area is amazing! You need to see the pictures on their website. We had a beautiful corner room on the 7th floor with great views of downtown. Our only problem was that the toilet was broken and they were slow to address the issue. After an hour’s hassle, we were moved to another corner room. Dinner and drinks were delicious on the 8th floor. And breakfast in the morning was tasty.

Front counter staff was amazing, very nice and welcoming. The room was first class. The facility is top notch. Manager stopped by our room and delivered champagne and treats because they heard we just got married, very nice touch. Staff that delivered food later in the evening was also very congratulatory. Overall best experience in Columbus! I would highly recommend Junto Hotel to Friends and Family when they stay in Columbus.

There was no breakfast menu. The room was nice. The mattress however was terrible! I didn’t get any sleep. That alone made me decide to never book there again!!!!!

Great hotel! So happy I stayed here. Near Downtown and Short North. Very unique hotel with lots of charm. Staff were extremely hospitable. If I do return to Columbus, I’ll be staying here.

It being located just across the COSI was a big bonus. We were able to use their parking for a couple of dollars cheaper than the hotel.and it was easily accesible. It’s so close to downtown but has the peace and quiet of the suburbs. The hotel is also just adjacent to the police station which made us feel safer in parking on the side street or in the public parking of COSI. The room was clean with enough amenities such as an electric kettle, fridge and hair dryer. Our only complaint was the condition of the pillows. They did not have enough cushion. Oh well we survived our one night stay by making use of their big throw pillows! They also have a clean and decent gym! Best of all, we got complimentary tickets to COSI! All in all we loved our stay at The Junto and if we ever go back to Columbus, this is where we’re going to stay again!
