I had a very good and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. I stayed with my mum and we both really enjoyed our time here. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience — would definitely consider coming back again.

The hotel location at Jalan Leith, Georgetown Penang. The hotel room just ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is free provided by the hotel but limited. Easy to get the food and drink by walking distance.

Everything was good.. cons would be a bit noisy since there is a karaoke facilities nearby.. especially from 9pm onwards..walking distance to padang kota lama (10 mins) and easy to find food.

Stayed for one night. The hotel is clean, conveniently located in the city centre, and offers private parking. Overall, not bad would stay again.

房间挺大的很宽敞，酒店对面是必打卡的故居，大家搜一下是什么故居就知道了具体名字我也忘了因为没兴趣参观，还有个红园美食广场开到晚上12点、很多吃的选择宵夜就可以解决了不用去太远。但是！衞生真的有点堪忧啊，全是洗不乾净的污迹，还好我们有洁癖自带了一次性床被单套上，订了两个晚上的，要是没带这些一次性估计真的睡得不踏实，连沙发的枕头都是一点点的污迹。

Comfortable and great cleanliness. All great but only one thing for muslim they have surau. But surau just basic at back mix men and women.

The location was good. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Easy access to eateries. Can easily Grab anywhere. Will recommend to friends who are looking to visit Penang. Overall pleasant memories in this hotel. Will definitely book this hotel the next time in Penang

房间衞生还可以。
地理位置很好，去很多地方都方便。酒店门口对面右手边就是张弼士故居，左手边是beryl‘s朱古力店，大约1公里就是壁画街，2公里就是姓周桥，附近很多美食街大排档风味。打车10几公里去到峇都丁宜沙滩。
服务很好，孩子説喜欢早餐的牛奶，餐厅工作人员免费提供多一杯给孩子。
The service was excellent. After breakfast，my child said she liked the milk for breakfast, and the restaurant staff provided an extra cup for free.

It was a nice stay at this new hotel. A welcome drink was given after checking in, the soursop drink was so refreshing. Good breakfast was provided. There’s a local food court right opposite the hotel. The only drawback is that there’s a secondary school very nearby, the morning announcement sound was heard very clearly around 7:30 am everyday. I will definitely go back to stay at this hotel again in the future.

柜台办理顺畅，柜台Aufa女生服务很棒，很亲切，很漂亮。
酒店位置非常好，去哪都方便，grab打车不贵。
有个小缺点，就是housekeeping 服务员没有笑容，没有亲切感，出门时要求打扫卫生时帮忙加多2瓶矿泉水，回答说去柜台要求，这一点让我们感到很没礼貌。公司需加强培训housekeeping员工。
