The hotel design and location was nice, I enjoyed the simple breakfast, sufficient variation. The iron was not in the room, call and request and it’s took almost 3 hours to received it. The food at the restaurant was great, but close too early, by 9.15 pm no longer taking order and the receptionist said the kitchen already closing. There is only 1 lift and small, so longer time to wait.

The hotel is just okay. The bathroom is so small. The shower curtain is very old and moldy at the bottom. No pool. Breakfast is good. A young guy working at the bar is not friendly. Other staff is okay. The front of the hotel has a food court. The food there is just okay. Don't order the satay is really not good and service from the Malay man is bad not friendly and waited for so long even no other customers.

Great location in Georgetown, cross over to the road to reach the Red Garden Food Paradise. The bad - limited in-room amenities (only toothbrush and showerkit), no slippers. - receptionist collected RM13 from me even though I checked in with a malaysian passport (by right only RM3) attached a photo of the notice for reference The good - comfortable bed and pillow - nice smelling shampoo/shower gel - bottled water provided - room is generally very new and clean - welcome drink - breakfast provided (omelette was super yummy)
